Singaporethe location is superb! 7-11 and Family Mart downstairs, right at the railway, tram and bus. beds were super comfortable and rooms are a good size too! there is free coffee and ice cream in the lobby and the coin laundry on the 3rd floor makes it extra convenient too.

AustraliaExcellent location (right next to city station, tram station, bus terminal and also shopping precinct) and rooms are newly built and in great condition. Lots of great little extras to love at this place, the third floor has an onsen (men's and women's seperate, but you can reserve for a family group), and also an anime library with massage chairs. The second floor (reception) has free soft drinks after 2pm and free ice-cream after 7pm... brilliant! Good buffett breakfast with 6 different kinds of Mandarin juice to try (given the area is famous for Mandarin farming). We stayed in a deluxe quadruple room with 2 kids, the room had an alcove with 2 futons where the kids slept. Highly recommend for families!

United KingdomClean rooms, ours overlooked the castle, and amazing hotel facilities. The public onsen was quiet and well equipped, with every toiletry possible and lots of towels. There is free soft serve and welcome drinks in the lounge, and coffee. We did not book breakfast but it looked good. Would definitely stay again.
