The hotel is about 1.5 km away from the city center (train stations) and walking to the nearest metro station is a 15-20 min walk.

The aircon is kind of not working. But can open the window to cool the room down.

The room is spacious with a beautiful river view. Staffs are very helpful. The hotel shuttle bus is a bonus.

The room was very big and we opened our suitcases we could still move around easily in the room. Breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was very good too The staff can give us advice on where to go for various services

Bigger dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner maybe better than the small one-time use bottles.

Great hotel! Lives up to its excellent rating. We liked it very much that we ended up cancelling our booking in another hotel and instead extended our stay here for the duration of our travel in Sapporo. Customer service is topnotch. Everyone goes out of their way to provide utmost comfort to guests. Special thanks to Yuhei for providing detailed information and immediate response on our queries even before of our actual travel as well as making an extra effort to arrange our special request. Likewise to Ms Miyuki, Ms Noishi, Ms Taba & Mr Nakamura for all the assistance. All other Staff who we failed to get the names were also very accommodating, friendly, welcoming & courteous. Room is clean and spacious, beds are super comfortable, water pressure is strong and shower is so relaxing. Buffet breakfast has wide selection and delicious. Very convenient to and from the New Chitose Airport. Airport bus stops infront of the hotel. There is a free hourly hotel shuttle service going to and returning from Sapporo Station (and always on time). Lawson convinience store is just across the hotel. Hotel rates are reasonable. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again in our future travel to Sapporo.

Carpets are getting old.

rooms are bigger than other hotels. All restaurants in the hotel are very good. The Inside of the building is very classy. Staffs are very helpful.

The onsen isn't great unfortunately, but we didn't choose this hotel to enjoy the spa.

The hotel is old, I'd say classic. Well mantain. Room sizes are bigger than most of other hotels in sapporo. The hotel isn't in the city center itself, however you can reach susukino in 20min walking or 5min by car. There's a nice gym.

No complaints at all.

We booked a deluxe room but, even so, it was huge. Bathroom was also very spacious. The staff were great, especially helpful with organising baggage forwarding. Lounge was very nice (with free Sapporo beer 4-7pm) and the gym was better than many that I have seen at other hotels so I actually used it. Location ok 30-40 minutes walk from the station, 10-15 minutes walk from the Nikka Whisky sign. Right beside the river though, which has a good path for walk or run.

Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was helpful and the facility was clean and well equipped. We were also pleased that the airport shuttle picked up across the street so were able to avoid the added expense of a one hour taxi ride.

The airport bus shuttle wasn't free, but you can still buy the tickets in the lobby.

The place was very elegant and fancy. It was also walkable to the main area of during the snow festival! They were very good at cleaning the room. The lounge per floor was very nice!

The air con in the room is centrally controlled so the rooms had essentially no air conditioning at night, this led to the room being very warm at night
