The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding food is no problem. The self-check-in was quick and easy, and the room was fully equipped with everything I needed. For the price, it’s definitely great value. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!

mattress and beddings could be better

location great, close to JR Yamanote Otsuka station and Tokyo Tram- Otsukaekimae Station, 7-11, family mart, lawson, distinct small eateries around the area, no key using keypad passlock very convenient for everyone to come back separately.

The rooms were very small. No staff available for check in. However the manager was always available for questions which was great.

The hotel is very conveniently located near a major train station. There is a shopping area close by and lots of restaurants. There also was always some kind of event taking place during the weekend which was nice.

But we had a subway pass not a JR rail pass so not convenient location for subway. And husband may got bacterial pneumonia from their humidifier. Not 100 sure of infection location obviously

There is no elevator in the hotel.

The hotel locates near Otsuka train station. The price is not expensive.

I wish the rooms were cleaner and better maintained. I also wish I had known about the communal area sooner. A leaflet with information for our stay would have been helpful.

The location was perfect for what we needed. It was a quiet area and close to the train and amenities. It also had laundry facilities and a communal area, but we didn't know these were there until 2 days into our stay.

- It wasn’t clean at all - Bed was kinda uncomfortable (but if you’re used to sleep on a hard mattress it’s okay and you get used to it) - very noise neighbours

Overall you get what you pay. There is no reception but the check-in was easy (you get the room number and the pin for it at 3 p). The location of the hotel is super comfortable and near Otsuka Station (JR Line). Every local we met told us we choose a good location to stay and travel easy through Tokyo. They’re right!

The common area, kitchen/toilet was not that clean. It's ok to bring food from convini and heat it in the microwave or prepare a quick breakfast. They don't have luggage storage. You have to leave the luggage in the common area that is unattended but hopefully since it's Japan is safe.

Location is good. Close to Otsuka JR station. The room although is small was bigger than other hotels we stayed in Japan. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo/body soap/conditioner. It has a kettle and hair dryer. They sent the room code through Booking for checkin.

The shower heater take very long time to heat up (2~3mins at least). Need to let water run for a while before it get heated up. Wasting of precious water.

The bed was big enough for a family of 4.

Should provide enough slippers for guests in the room, I went with 2 people but only got 1 slipper. You should keep paper cups in the room.
