Shoes went in lockers which was no big issue

Got a private with a friend. Super good deal for a room to ourselves. The bathroom is tiny but no issues. A nice sitting space and couch if you somehow don’t have something planned.

The facilities and the room is so so good and comfortable ^^ although I took the sharing room. It is still so privacy and safety. They had me the towel set and tooth brush. It was really incredible with that price. The bathroom is good though. Highly recommended if you want a place for sleeping on your trip.

There was a friend….(cockroach) on the floor that startled me one night. I left a note for the staff before I left the next day, so hopefully it’s taken care of.

Conveniently located a minute from a station that you can use to get virtually anywhere in Tokyo if you’re willing to make transfers! Everyone that was staying there was friendly as well, so the place has a nice vibe.

Check in is a bit annoying as it strictly opens at 3, I arrived at 7am and there's no real space to leave your luggage and no lounges to hang on, just downstairs table and chairs. But i understand that space is limited in hotels like these.

Loved my little room in Kaguarazaka - fantastic neigbourhood to stay in I absolutely loved it. Facilities were super clean - i read other reviews about taking the lift to shower on the top floor but this was not a problem at all. Very clean and private and the bathrooms were superb.

Breakfast was not available in the hostel. However, nearby there were many cafe and restaurants fitting to taste

If you wanna be somewhere with hostel vibes, this is not the place. It resembles more of a hotel where people don't really interact. The common area smells like smoke as the smoking area is inside of it, so you don't see people hanging out there. It's clear on the description that the place doesn't have a kitchen, only a microwave and a water boiler, but they could have more structure like some cutlery in case you wanna have breakfast there.

Bed is comfortable and has enough space inside your bunk bed to leave some stuff, also small locker to keep your valuable belongings. Shower room is fantastic, I loved its organization and cleanliness, and the staff really kept the whole place clean. Location is awesome, I love the neighborhood and the hostel is just a few steps away from the metro station. It's possible to self check in, so no matter what time you arrive

My only small complaint is that the soundproofing isn’t super good, but they give you free earplugs.

This is my first time staying at a capsule hotel, and it was so much nicer than i thought. The bed is clean and cozy, and the facilities are also well attended.

Totally impersonal with no interaction with the one staff member who was rarely there. Located right beside the metro which is great, but not much else to do in the area. The price was fine except that it increased x4 for the Saturday night during my stay.

The capsules are nice and comfortable. The showers and areas to get ready are really nice.

Smell of smoke from guests in and out of the lounge area

Location was amazing. In a quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes from Shibuya and Shinjuku. 1 min walk to subway station. Towels are provided as needed in the shower area - 1 towel per shower (really nice touch) Big capsules with shelves and space for your bag comfortably!

The bed is super comfortable! (Or maybe I was lacking a good sleep for too long) And the location is great, it’s really close to the station and so many restaurants.

There usually isn’t staff there. When there is staff, there was a language barrier and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the neighborhood for things that a tourist might need to know.

Clean and quiet space. Safe. Great location

Honestly just two minor gripes. The downstairs lounge has a smoking room attached, which leaks the smell of cigarettes out into the area. The pod/capsule beds also aren’t air conditioned so can get very hot.

Easy check in and brilliant location, you’re also provided with literally everything you could need like a toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and all bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries and hair driers. The pod/capsule beds have lights and sockets and hangers for your convenience too.

Kitchen utencils. They only have chopsticks, glass, microwave and water boiler.

Affordable and near the train station. Shower amenities are very good.

Even though it’s close to the station it’s in a location far away from everything but other than that everything was good

The check in was easy and the man working was respectful and kind. It was quiet and clean all throughout and lastly it’s right next to the station.
