We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech Republic'Exceptional' by one word! I would even rate higher than 10, if possible. Charming location, incredible views to the ocean, excellent breakfasts and always smiling and supporting staff. Huge thanks! Naha downtown is about 45 min by taxi; nevertheless, worth travelling for this unique experience.

Road Lam is a stunning property located right on the side of a cliff … the vista is magical whether it is sunrise or sunset. Our hosts, Yujiro & Aya, were lovely in every way, they couldn’t have been any more helpful. The accommodations were clean, beautifully presented and welcoming. We would highly rate Riad Lamp. If you are looking to get away and relax, then this is the place to stay in Okinawa. A car would be beneficial to get around the island from this location but not necessary as taxis are plentiful.

The couple running Riad Lamp are genuinely lovely. They made us feel so welcome and it was such a lovely start to 2023 for us. The building itself is so thoughtfully done and beautiful to look at. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and it's a great place to unwind. Our included breakfasts were so delicious and well presented. You'd come for the views but stay for the food, it really was amazing.

SingaporeAbsolutely beautiful small hotel - the reality is even better than the pictures. Very peaceful and scenic and the entire property is clearly a labour of love by the couple who run it. While the location is a little isolated (you will definitely need a car), it is well worth the trip and we already plan to make a return visit. This is a place where you can really spend the time looking at the scenery and decompressing. Special mention also to the breakfast served which was wonderful.
