No air conditioning in the small bedroom

It was very hot while we were there. It would have been nice to have the air conditioner on for us prior to arrival. It took at least a day to cool down. Another ac unit could be installed in the 2nd bedroom. We couldn't cool that part of the unit st all. Otherwise fabulous though.

Location is great. The large space was fabulous. The couch was comfortable. Nice kitchen and appliances. Clothes washer was wonderful. Easy in and our. Very quiet.

The only downside was the light from the blinds in the morning. I always travel with an eye mask (I recommend this too!) so it didn’t affect me, but my hubby woke up super early 😆

The apartment was just what we’d expected: an affordable stay that was within walking distance from Hiroshima Shinkansen Station and JR/subway lines. Various under passages connected us to the main islands depending on which direction we wanted to take, and we were within walking distance along the river to the centre. We were also right on the doorstep of some cool ikazaya bars, where the food and drinks did not disappoint. It may not be for everyone - it’s not a hotel - but for the traveller that wants to seek the local xp, we highly recommend this for place. Accommodation was super spacious and the apartment was modern and clean.

Short walk from the station, spacious, clean & comfortable, easy to catch bus into town & train to Miyajima. Good aircon & WiFi. Good quick washing machine & could dry clothes on the balcony line.

Some utensils were dirty. Particularly the spoons. I had to wash a few before using them. It also seemed like some utensils were lacking(cooking utensils), but maybe I didn’t look well enough. Regardless, I didn’t need them.

Excellent location and decently equipped with a good TV and comfortable places to sit or lay down. Generally good sound insulation from train traffic. Big space and generally clean.

The location is superb, a few mins walk from JR station, and there is a supermarket across the street. The unit is spacious and clean, it has everything you need.

Cleanliness of balcony

Close to the train station. Size of the apartment and the interior. Just a nice walk to the city center (~20-25 min)

The apt was perfect for our trip. Very clean and well equipped. I’ll also be renting in the same building for a longer term stay. Location is so convenient - station is practically next door.

Great location, near to the market and trains. The accommodation It was very cold and had no drying area for our wet clothes. The air con heated up pretty quick but needed to be on all the time. Good facilities to cook but no real windows for viewing the cte neighbourhood we were in. With 2 adults and 2 full size teenagers it was a bit small and no space to gather other than the dining table and squeaky chairs.

It was difficult to get into the apartment, 2 smart locks with combinations. Once inside the apartment was well equipped and cosy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Right next to the station, too.

Can’t really think of any negatives to the property.

The area is a short walk to the station. It is surprisingly quiet even though it is close to the train station. The property was as advertised and a great place to stay. The details and instructions given by email prior to arriving at the property were clear and helpful. I would happily stay again.
