Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenPrice got overly high due to adding tremendous tax and services fee at the end, which I didn't notice. I've had a one night sleep after midnight, personally I'd never booked for such a price!
Full amenities quiet and well prepared apartment, clean and convenient

United StatesOk I gotta be clear, this is absolutely more my fault than the owners but this is clearly a single college student apartment and really should not be getting rented out as a 2+ person accommodation. It was VERY cramped. For 2 americans the bathroom with the toilet was virtually impossible to move around in once the door was closed. There was no room for luggage because the main area has 2 beds and a futon sofa bed in it. The beds themselves were ok quality wise, and the comforters were actually on the "too hot" side. I would just be careful booking this place as the photos semi-deceived me but I should have known better as I have been to Japan many times. Clearly just overlooked it.
I got this place because I needed accommodation for Star Wars Celebration. I could not book any of the affiliated hotels before they were sold out, but I did find this place. The interior was clean, the shower room was excellent with strong water pressure, there were translated instructions for all of the japanese appliances which were easy to understand and they worked as expected, and most importantly the location of this unit was really good. It was a short walk to Funabashi-keibajo station, and a slightly longer walk to minami-funabashi station. There is a local onsen 4 minutes away if you want more freedom of movement, which was open until 11 pm and only cost 500 yen per person. Multiple restaurants in walking distance including AYCE yakiniku and a popular conveyor sushi, as well as a Lalaport Mall with tons of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. There was a lawson right across the street as well. Finally, there were multiple love hotels in walking distance if for some reason you were not enthused with the beds. 13 minute taxi (around 3200 yen) or 30 minute train ride to Makuhari Messe.

PortugalI think it's just a bit overpriced, specially if it's a short stay, since you still have to pay the same cleaning fee, which is not cheap.
It's the second time I have staid here. Good option to say as a couple.

PortugalMany of the pans were a bit dirty when we arrived, we found a piece of cooked meat in one of the drawers, there was no pole for drying the clothes outside (the host told us to dry the clothes in the bathroom with hangers...)
The room was great in general.

AustraliaThe room was hard to heat, and we were cold at night. Not great for Japanese winter if you're susceptible to feeling cold.
The room was large for Japan and was equipped with cooking equipment and other appliances making it easy to stay with kids.

PhilippinesA couple wouldn’t fit in the same bed so we stayed in different beds for two weeks. And the mattress was really hard, it was so uncomfortable. And the “No Parking” was a little bit of an issue but there’s NaviPark at the back of the building for only ¥600 for 24h — so that I could let go.
Excellent location. It was away from Tokyo so we’ve avoided the hustle and bustle but not too far away that you feel like you’re “away from civilization”. The accommodation was so big and it has everything you could ever need and more.
