We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

JapanThere was a power failure and in the morning there was no electricity and water in the hotel. Imagine you go to work in the morning, and you can't take a shower, or even wash your face properly, nothing. And you stay hungry without breakfast, only with the water you were given. But at the same time, the hotel withdrew the payment for breakfast, which you did not have, and did not return the money. It's just outrageous. A box with some cookies was given as compensation, but I didn't need it.
Onsen, dinner, staff all as in normal hotels of this class, good and friendly service

Nepalpoor bed covers (quilt covers) and beddings were a bit poor. i had problem with this at night. the beddings need to be updated the sauna was not operational in morning. difficult to reach without a car
