The room was spacious, with toilet and shower separated. Very pretty decorated.

The building itself is old (but room was very clean). Room decor is in dark colours.

The walls are a bit mouldy inside the room, can be a bit uncomfortable. And the rooms are opening outside.

Mattress was worst of our whole trip :( absolutely rock hard and unforgiving. Really dampened what was otherwise an excellent stay. Still giving a high score despite this as they deserve recognition for everything else. Pillows were also really poor (we bring our own to cover for this)

Super helpful and polite staff, even by high Japanese standards. We had lots of luggage and they were really kind helping us move them to/from our room. Rooms were MASSIVE by Tokyo standards, though toilet a little cramped. access to evening drinks, ice, morning light breakfast were all welcome bonuses

The hotel is near the metro station so it was easy to get there even with luggages. They hold our luggages before check in while we went for lunch. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from the street, we had a good sleep. I liked that toilet and bathroom were separated.

Close to station .. 5min walk .. cross a few traffic lights and you are there. Morning refreshment of bakery items /coffee tea and juices were free to have in morning. Just had to take items back to room to eat. Good way for a quick start to day.

The beds are not very comfortable so we didn't sleep very well and the toilet/shower area is cold even with the air-con heating on. You will have to walk pass a cold/windy corridor to get to the room (not very long though but it is cold).

Not far from the station and subway (around 15 minutes walk), plenty of restaurants and shoppings around. Free drinking machines at the reception for coffee, tea and soft drinks, and in the morning they also provide simple breakfast (bread) .

The hotel has a unique theme, which I enjoyed. The staff was very accommodating, and the lobby has plenty of amenities that you can access when needed. The hotel is located very close to Kinshicho station and has plenty of eateries along the way.

The toilet was cramped into a small room and you can hardly close the door when sitting down.

The room was bigger than the photos indicate. Very clean and very generous with amenities. Easy access with a straight walk from Kinshicho station.

The room is too small

The staff are very nice. The location is close to the Kinchicho MTR station, it's very convenient. The room is small but very cleaning.

I found the beds a bit hard, probably because I am used to a much softer bed at home. But the bedding, towels etc were lovely and fresh and clean.

Location was great, nice safe area close to the train station. Plenty of places to get lovely food. The staff were friendly.

The room pictures for Bookingdotcom were all the same for different rooms when I booked, so I got a room different from what I was hoping for. Room also feels a bit narrow.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities set in an extremely convenient location from a well-connected train station. Fast and stable WiFi connection. You get 2 beds whether or not there are 1 or 2 guests.
