Convenient location!! Close to stn but located at a quiet road. Room was more spacious compared to a nrby one my friends had booked. What I loved was the free drinks station that greets you once you enter the hotel on a hot day. Well-maintained lobby regardless of how many guests lounge around. Aside from the free drinks station during the day, there was a small area for vending machine and ice machine nr the elevator.

Could be better wt an outlet on one bedside. Outlets were only on the desk.

5 minute walk from the station. Room was bigger ( had a sofa and seating area) a good sized balcony, bathroom was more spacious. Great guest laundry Breakfast buffet was very good Many choices of western and local Free drinks ( tea, coffee) all day in lobby and laundry area. Free drink at the bar nightly. A small freezer with popsicles near the desk for guests. Staff were excellent. - also helped sort and download our expo passes Many small restaurants in the area.

    No complaints at all

My stay at Sakura terrace hotel was fantastic! For the price, the spacious, clean room, modern amenities, exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, from the friendly check-in to personalized dining recommendations. The value for money is unbeatable, with top-notch service making it feel like a luxury stay. Can’t wait to return!

The place looked like the picture. It was clean, airy, clean and the staff were great! However, the shower-head was was exceptional. I want to purchase it for my home in NY. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back.

I would have like the outlet next to the bed for my phone. Also, I would have like the tv to be programmed into English so I could enjoy what was said on the broadcast channels.

The hotel is very conveniently located as it is so close to Kyoto Station, but is on a quiet road so it is still peaceful. All of the facilities were very clean and well kept. There was live music in the bar/restaurant each night and the public bathroom (Onsen) was great. This hotel is amazing value for money and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto. It's not the most fancy, but it is still very pretty little hotel and realistically you're not here in Kyoto to spend your whole time in the hotel!

-Everything was good! I tried the breakfast for one day and it was so delicious. Limited seating so go early but worth it. Generous when it comes to free coffee/tea and the onsen was great! Highly recommend and would go stay here again and in fact I extended one more night with them. Room was also bigger than usual with ample space for my 1 big suitcase and possibly another small one can fit comfortably.

    -All great
