I liked everything.

The location was conveniently near two train stations. Room was clean and had all the essentials. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults to sleep, but at times a little cramped with luggage. No microwave, but that was expected, and the 7-11 that was less than half a block away would warm up your purchase. Self check-in and check-out was super easy, as long as you provide the requested info when the property emails you before your scheduled stay. Within a 20-25 min walk to Ueno Park. A few cafes and bakeries nearby for breakfast. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did see them in passing, they were super friendly. One even offered to find me an umbrella when it was raining. I would have no issues staying here again.

Close to metro station. Just like 3 min walk Modern installations, comfy beds, toilet separate from shower. Separate basin area with massive mirror to get ready.

Very small - hard to open luggage/move around. They also state you are not allowed to bring in outside food to eat (Fined), which was frustrating with young kids. We had an issue with the lights flicking on/off throughout the night, which we advised on checkout.

Location was awesome, and enough beds for the 5 of us was great. Very clean. Great place just for a bed and shower.

Hotel is so clean, near all convenient store. Have halal food stall 7 min by walk.

We were on bottom floor (actually partially below ground)and we had lots of mosquitoes and flying bugs first few nights. They responded quickly to our concern. I wish they had the Zevo plug in lights from Costco in the states.

We chose this location for its proximity to Iriya Station (Hibiya). It was very convenient, and the check-in process was flawless. We did not interface with staff at any point. Everything was Online and through the lobby digital check-in code. Very convenient.

The door to the balcony didn’t open. There was no option for luggage storage. The walls in the room were scuffed from use.

Rooms are really so small, tea or coffee in the room would be great.

Location (quieter part of Tokyo, which we really liked), train station just a few minutes away, restaurant right across the street (soba noodles) is fantastic! No losing time with check in/out - everything went very smoothly.

It was exactly what I expected.

The location was fantastic and so easy to get around. The rooms were small but the beds were fantastic and comfortable. The kids loved the bunks too. Would come back for sure

The location is very strategic, close to train station and convenient stores. Also a laundromat nearby within walking distance. Bed was comfy.

The AC didn’t seem to get cold, it was more of an air circulator, it’s the only thing we didn’t like.

Everything was great, it’s very comfortable, location is very close to the Iriya station, there’s a 7eleven right down the street, would definitely stay again.

Small (what do you expect? this is Tokyo!) but very cozy appartement, equipped with everything necessary to harbour a family of 4. Excellent quality for money spent.

The hotel is suitable for families and groups of friends. It is far from Ueno but can be easily reached by metro train, Iriya station.
