The bed and pillow were hard. And I wish there are staff around. I will feel more safe as a solo female traveler. And other people would behave themselves. On my second night there were a group of China tourists staying at the property, they were very loud and inconsiderate, talking loudly and making lots of noises. They even tried to open my room door! I think they thought it was their room. It almost felt like they were gonna break the door, I was inside, I yelled through the door a few times they got the wrong room, they still tried to open it! I told the property manager and the reply was fast. I think they kind of quiet down after my complains. They still made noises sometimes but not as loud. The next day at around 6am one of them went to the toilet and play radio loudly, so loud I can hear while I was in my room. And they left rubbish everywhere, on the sink, in the shower etc. I supposed if there was staff around they wouldn’t do this.

The room is spacious, the property is clean, I had to contact the property manager and it was quite late in the evening and the reply was very fast.

Bed was so hard. Room backed on to main road. Unfortunately, even with being exhausted from hiking Fuji, i still didn’t sleep.

I understand that it can be inconvenient for the room located on the top floor, where you have to go downstairs to take a shower, use the restroom, or brush your teeth. However, since you're only staying for one night, it can be tolerable.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Along the way, there are convenience stores and dining options available. The self-check-in counter is located on the second floor, and you need to open the door yourself, so it's important to pay attention to that. The view of Mount Fuji from the windows is amazing, and you can see it at any time. The entire accommodation has two shared toilets and two shared bathrooms, but they are not too crowded. The location is convenient, and the cost-effectiveness is decent. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The first hurdle is to carry a luggage upstair to do check-in on the second floor. Our group of four get an attic room. A stair to the attic is also very narrow and steep, not so convenient to drag a bulky luggage. Some parts of the attic is not high enough to stand, so need to duck to use the area.

Not too far from Kawaguchiko station, 5 minute walk. Shared toilets and shower rooms but reasonably clean.

The bed mattresses weren't comfortable, so I ended up stacking the mattresses from both twin beds onto one, and it was only ok...

It was a clean place, check in was easy, the room was pretty spacious, and the location was pretty good (beautiful view of Mt Fuji). The shower head and water pressure were great! It was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated.

About 15 minutes on foot to Kawaguchiko Shopping Center Bell. There are restaurant is open until midnight.

Hot water suddenly stop flowing when i am showering during my stay in winter. Hot water supply is not always available during winter.

The soundproofing is pretty bad. There was a group of people who arrive late at night and was talking in the corridor, I could hear them talking, having a shower, using the hair-dryers etc like if they were in my room...

Good value for money. Everything is very clean and new. A lot of amenities like a fridge and a kettle in the room, free teabags and coffee sticks. I also like the fact that checkin is available anytime.

The family room is above all the double/twin rooms and can be noisy. We had really loud and inconsiderate people staying above us our entire stay luckily we had ear plugs. A microwave in the common area would be handy.

Room was heated when we arrived which was nice, and the showers are good, short walk from station. However bunk bed wasn’t stable enough to sleep in, mattress was very thin, was like sleeping on the floor, so uncomfortable we left after the first night and booked other accommodation.

there was a brownout at the common area during our stay so the shower heaters and lights at the toilets did not work (while it was below 10 degrees 🥶)

location’s okay with a good view of Mt. Fuji
