Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesSince the lobby is located on the 7th floor of the cocono susukino building, elevators (shared with the cinemas) can get a little slow and busy during the weekends.
Right at the center of Susukino. Travelling all over sapporo was a breeze. Despite being in the busy intersection I could walk around even late at night. Staff were also very helpful, spoke great English as well. We somehow set off our smoke alarm in the room and it was promptly attended to by the staff.

TaiwanThe fridge wasn’t cold enough.
The room was spacious, stylish and clean. There were even coffee tables and sofa. And the city view was nice! If you’re going to drive here, make sure to park at the hotel’s suggested parking lot “in the first place”, it’s a lot cheaper and the hotel even gives a discount. Do not park otherwise even for a little while, it’s wild out there!

TaiwanThe parking was annoying. First, you still have to pay even though it's only for hotel guests. Second the parking attendant tried to charge us for 6 nights when we only used it for 2, and had already told the front desk which nights we were using the car park. Third, paying for the car park is really annoying if you don't have cash. Despite the machine seemingly having the option for contactless card payment, we still had to scan a QR code that took you to a website for payment
Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Great location right in the nightlife district. Close to Ramen Alley too

SingaporeCannot pay to use the spa. The breakfast variety should evolve. Longer staying guests get bored with almost the same breakfast menu daily. But the span of variety breakfast menu is quite desirable.
My repeat stay, like the vibes of the location. Though it's quite a touristy area, there are many local drinking holes and restaurants where locals visit. The shopping mall & supermarket integrated within the hotel is a bonus.

The room was very quiet despite being in the heartland of shopping malls. However, we found that the toilet was not very thoroughly cleaned.

United StatesOur rooms are not very big but it is expected in big city location in Japan.
We love the location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The mall below the hotel is very nice with lots of good bakeries, restaurants, food court, shops, and supermarket. Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel is still very new and clean. The connecting rooms are a big plus for my family of four. The coin laundry inside the hotel is a plus for us too. We will stay here again when we come back.

AustraliaA wonderful hotel in the heart of the action in Susukino.. The room overlooked the area, so great at night. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish. Rooms are lovely and a good size. One of the best features is that it directly connects to the train station below, so it makes getting to the airport with bags a breeze. There's also a fabulous supermarket in the basement, Daiichi. It's probably one of the best supermarkets I've ever been to in Japan.
