Just found the bedroom super hot. Most of the night having to have the curtain on my bunk open to try reach the air con but it really was just hot when I went here! Only so much you can do.

Super small which was nice. Good location. Nice area to sit and eat dinner & socialise. Clean showers and you can rent bikes for only 100 yen an hour & free snorkels too!

no hangers in the bathroom, (but there is in the shower) but If you wanna just brush your teeth or wash your Hand, there is no paper nor towel, you have to bring yours (they also give you a towel which is good )

It was in a central yet calm area, you had a big supermarket in front of the hostel, 10 min walk from the sunabe wall (long coast where you can run, you cant really swim, you can dip maybe) lots of little cafes nearby (always about 10 min walk) it is still in a sort of industrial zone, but you have an amazing udon handmade place 12 min walk the staff was super nice, even when I rented a car, he found me a spot and was very nice always finding a solution super safe for female, code to each door and bathroom female as well shampoo and body gel were super good

It was one of the best places that I have ever stayed in Japan because of its peaceful atmosphere. It has that relaxed vibe, and it felt like home. The common area encourages people to meet and communicate. During my stay, I have met with people who kept on staying at the hostel. It is close to the not-so-crowded Miyagi Coast (perfect spot to relax).

There was no soap in the toilet, thin walls. I wish some guests were more respectful and quiet (partying girls, someone vomitting in the shared bathroom...Slamming doors at night). I believe that if some guests don't know how to behave, staff should do something about it, just out of recpect for other guests.

Cosy rooms, clean, polite staff. Not bad location. Kitchen. Very comfortable bed.

The location is great, there's a few food places closeby, a supermarket right in front and the ocean is a 5 minute walk. The rooms are little tight but everything else is fine. It's a very chill hostel which is good and the owner is super nice.

The ac doesn't get into the pod w/ curtain closed. Fans would be helpful. When female room is full, it's very crowded and small.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the pods have lights and sockets and hangers. Towels are provided, a bonus in these parts of Japan.

There was only one shower in the female bathroom because the other one was broken, so that was a bit of a challenge with 10+ women staying in the hostel. Had to wait quite long for the shower to be available. Apart from that, I would recommend staying here!

The hostel is very clean, staff is friendly and it’s good to have a bit of privacy in the beds in the dorm :)

The place is very small, and the toilet and bathroom could have a bit of improvement, if you compare with the hostels around Japan.

Slow water from sinks. And low height of the sinks. Can be back breaking for taller people. Those with large luggages may find the room pathway very narrow. A larger fridge would be nice.

Quiet vicinity. Decent shower facilities (but only two). Bath towel provided. No need to make your own bed! Decent bed too. Laundry available (pay per use). Large supermarket across the street. Seaside backyard ~5mins walk. American village ~20mins walk. Hidden gems, cafes around the vicinity to explore. Bonus: Check out the fried chicken outlet beside the hostel for a quick fix or snack.

The garbage was a little bit messy. The space for powder room is a little bit small.

The staff is super kind. They allowed me to do early check in because I was busy during the afternoon, they guided me to the bus stop and let me washing and drying my clothes. The mattress was very comfortable and the bed had space for placing stuff. It is close to american village and some bus stops and convenience stores.

(Minor point) The furniture in the lobby area is not particularly comfortable for hanging out. I would suggest adding a couch if some sort!

I was there during the winter (Feb). Communication with the hostel was easy via the booking app. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom/toilets are clean. The desk was generally unmanned but you could always find someone cleaning around if you looked. Their English is limited but they are kind and try to help with what you need (e.g, bag storage). Overall good value for money.

Rooms, Hallways, Kitchen etc are clean and modern but tucked into smaller spaces.

Seawall is a well located hostel. Close to bus stop, large supermarket, eateries and the ocean. It is clean and organised. Also has a shared kitchen. It is a very compact facility. You can rent bicycles and do laundry at reasonable prices. The bed in the mixed dorm was very comfortable. Bed was large though tucked into a smaller sized room. Also lockers for petsonal items. Great take out fried chicken next to hostel. Common area was nice.

Great accommodations. The owner/host was very friendly, thorough and helpful. Great location. Grocery store one block away. Bus stop 50 feet away. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Three bicycles available for use. Washer and dryer available for use. The bed was very comfortable. Very secure and allowed for privacy.

Super friendly owner. I loved the vibe of the hostel which was a bit like a family since the hostel is not too big. 3mins walking distance from the hostel there is the sea with a nice corall reef. I had an amazing stay and enough time to relax.
