United KingdomWould've loved to have been able to use the outside pool but it is only open in the summer months (2.5 months a year) BUT they do have a great indoor pool. I think they should invest in some new furniture in the communal areas, the pine furniture looks very out of date and not cool like the hotel
What a magical place - loved everything about it - pure luxury - staff were incredible, especially Brett Cox who looked after us. Food was wonderful. He suggested we visit a local town and also suggested we drive to Kochi to experience the best Bonito (tuna) - we did and it was the best! The hotel in beautiful. Service impeccable.

SwitzerlandBe conscious that a car is recommended if you wish to travel around. The outdoor swimming pool was closed off season (here mid-April). Access to the indoor spa was also limited.
Luxurious room in an original setting, perfecty clean and equipped with a private bath. Great evening kaiseki and breakfast menu. Very professionnel personnel.

Everything! The building was stunning (location, light and space), the service was outstanding and the rooms were beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. The food, in particular, was stand out.

Enjoyed the stay in this property, quiet environment and the staff is so friendly, offering support to take photos for us for our celebration.
