PERFECT LOCATION for short-stay visitor WONDERFUL room EXCELLENT restaurant

The hotel is next to the train station, which is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel offers a varied breakfast.

Great Hotel. Highly recommended!

The location was great, arriving into Hiroshima on the Shinkansen we only had a very short walk to the hotel lobby. The staff at reception were polite and professional, as there was a long queue to check in at 3pm.

There was a long queue/wait for the breakfast. The hotel charged extra to use the pool, which adds up with children, over a few days.

Access to swimming is not for free, internet in the room wasn’t working for 2 days, first night alarm in the room ring early morning, 2nd baby was crying, room wasn’t clean as expected, access key to the room didn t work, I was expecting something better than this

Very spacious rooms with a nice view of Hiroshima city. The location was excellent, next to Hiroshima station. Good tea service in the afternoon.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests, and every day you had to wait in line for about 20-30 mins to get a table. Not only that, but service stopped 10 o'clock and staff went table by table rushing people to finish soon, even when they had only started, after having waited for so long. We were very dissappointed with this experience and would not recommend the hotel to other guests.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. Everything was very clean both in the room and in the hotel in general. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, directly connected via pedestrian walkway and only a few minutes walk from the central train station, which also has a huge selection of restaurants and shops. We took the train most mornings to go sightseeing and the hotel placement was ideal for those early starts. Strongly recommend this hotel, we would stay here again.

One small thing that we found odd is that the toilet door in the room was a thin sheet of glass that was only half opaque and did not block much sound. A more private solution would be appreciated.

Didn’t like having to queue for 20 mins every morning for breakfast .. very very annoying … the hotel needs to increase the size of the breakfast seating area . Very dissatisfied and because of this I would not recommend this hotel .

Late check in almost 4.30pm. But insist on checking out by midday, no flexibility whatsoever, poor attitude from staff and Manager when asked.

At this price you shouldn’t have to pay to use the pool. 1600 yen per person per day is too steep if traveling with children and just looking for a short swim.
