The hotel was great. It had views of Shibuya crossing from the elevators. Elevators were fast and easily available when called. The shibuya station is still under renovation and difficult to navigate without practice. Out the door on lobby level is the Narita Limousine bus stop, no stairs.

The property is nice. However, during the booking, it mentioned that the room was with “city view”. My understanding was it referred to “Shibuya crossing view”. I hope that this particular should be specific and clearer and to meet guests’ expectations. I believe that Booking.com should be responsible for this.

hard to find. there is a lift before the entrance of mark city mall on the left side of the mall , no clear instruction about thi and had to walk around looking for it via the mall levels.

Coin laundry facilities would be a welcome addition.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shibuya, with direct access to JR and metro lines via a short walk or the overpass. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are just steps away, and we were lucky enough to have a partial view of the famous Shibuya Crossing from our room. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, even with suitcases open, there was plenty of room to move around comfortably. A major plus is the airport limousine bus stop located inside the hotel, offering direct connections to both Haneda and Narita airports. Overall, one of the most convenient stays you’ll find in Shibuya!

This hotel is in a great location. Near the train station, walkable to so much shopping, restaurants, bars, and so close to the famous Shibuya crossing. Bed is comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

the room is small for US standards, single bad against the wall

loved the location (once you find it) and the view on Shibuya crossing and beyond. As this was my first night in Japan, i went straight up to the top floor for a full course dinner with a wonderful skyline

Room didn’t have dresser drawers since our stay was long. Far walk to taxi stand…hotel had to call taxi to come to level 3. taxis not usually waiting by hotel so had to wait 10 min or so for them to arrive. Once taxi did t want to come.

Central Location of the hotel in Shibuya. Very easy to get to by limousine bus to and from the airport. Right by the major shopping places we wanted to go to. Hachiko statue, Shibuya Crossing. Loved the discreet Entrances from street level and train levels.

Laundry facilities need attention and updating. The washing machines are shoved in with a vending machine in a space you can barely stand in. Getting your clothes in and out is a laughable situation at best.

Extremely convenient location. Great breakfast, wonderful staff! Great view of the crossing and skyline. We booked 2 rooms. One with crossing view and one excel full. Corner crossing room was nice, excel full was worn, smelled like smoke and was extremely tight fit with all the furniture. Moved rooms, didn’t smell like smoke but was obviously same cramped space. Worst laundry facilities we had over the entire month we were in Japan!! Overall would stay here again but only booking corner rooms and not intending to utilize their laundry machines.
