Best location if you want to stay near Shibuya crossing and other main attractions. The hotel is inside the Shibuya station building, very convivial for transformation around Tokyo, and the room was completely quiet despite the location! The room was very nice for couple of days, clean and quiet with a nice street view. The staff were very helpful!

The room was quite small, and while the soundproofing between rooms was excellent, I could still hear the traffic from outside. The view was nothing special, and the sun was very strong in the mornings—I missed having an in-between curtain, as the choice was either transparent or completely dark.

This hotel was recommended by a friend as a great place to start a visit in Tokyo, and she was right. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of everything, a bit like staying in Times Square in New York. I really appreciated being able to check in early after a long flight and having a room ready straight away. The hotel feels modern and fresh, with a nice style and very good room cleaning. I especially enjoyed the breakfast: great variety, beautifully presented, and definitely worth adding to your booking.

I do like to use hotel gyms. The one here is just terrible. It's the same footprint as the vending machine area if that gives you an idea. That could be greatly improved upon.

Staying right by Shibuya station was fabulous. Great location! There's a lot going on but the room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. For a Tokyo hotel room, it was really quite spacious. Check in was easy and they let us have our room early (I always greatly appreciate that!). We had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good (the pancake machine was a real hit). A really good choice for a Tokyo stay.

Incredible location, 3 min and you are on the Yamamoto line. You are also extremely close to Shibuya activities and the restaurants around the hotel are good as well!

Room was big compared to others in Japan but could do with a screen/ curtain to separate the shower area from the main bedroom plus a few hooks of the wall to hang things

Perfectly located, right next to the large Shibuya railway station. Great starting point to discover Tokyo. Modern, spacious rooms, high quality and very clean. The view from the rooms was brilliant. Absolutely recommendable!

I liked the room size: quiet big for Tokyo. I had a Large luggae and could open it. Still enough space left for another cabin bag, a chair and a small tea table. The breakfast had everything I needed and more. The location is adjacent the Shibuya Station, 10 minutes from Hachiko Statue and Scramble Cross, and lots of restaurants. The service is excellent. Staffs are speaking well English and are very friendly.

Confusing lobby location and took a little while to navigate through the hotel to subway station and other locations.

We had breakfast on the property on the first day. My son had a severe nut allergy, although the staff tried to help us by remaking some of the food items, it seemed like a big bother to them. They kept telling us to remake the food items, it will take 15-20 min. My son felt so unwelcome that we didn’t eat there again during our stay and found breakfast somewhere else where the staff were more accommodating

Breakfast ended at 9-30, and we completely missed this info in a leaflet so out of 2 paid breakfasts we had none ( our second day check out was 4 am) Also, room service for food was available only until 9-30 pm which is weird because room service exists for late night cravings when everything else is closed.
