It is located in Iwamotocho, a quiet neighborhood, right next to Akihabara. It is a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway stop. It is spacious, good for a family of 5 with young kids like ours. There is a washing machine in the apartment and the staff lent us a drying rack to hang laundry which was very convenient for our long stay.

Staff is not always at the property with lack of English. Hard to understand that if you need towels or cleanup you need to put the sign downstairs…

The apartment was very nice, large enough and equipped! One bathroom with one mirror makes it a bit tough for 5 people, but we managed.

- We never saw any staff in the place aside from when checking in which was odd. Who knows how we would have got help if we needed it? - There are many cupboards in the kitchen but hardly any equipment, or cutlery etc to use. - It’s about a 10 min walk from a station which feels typical for Tokyo but one to be mindful of.

- Perfect option for a group of 4. Really spacious and good quality. Safe location. - Prime location - easy to get to anywhere really. - Variety of bed options depending on traveller needs. You can separate the rooms with walls then open the room back up. - Air con was amazing to have, and you could also open the window - Lots of supermarkets nearby and a vending machine upon entry

The air condition filters were full of dust, so we didnt use it much. The walk to the train station from the hotel is about 15 mins.

This was a very special appartment to start our tour. Very Japanese! Very clever design! We enjoyed the stay and it perfectly fitted our fathers and sons trip (1 dad & 2 sons; 1 dad & 1 son).

It was a bit of a squeeze for 5 of us but nothing that we’re not used to in Tokyo :)

The flat is very near all the Akihabara hotspots and the Akihabara station, while you can enjoy the peace of a very local-vibe neighbourhood. The flat was very clean, newly renovated and comfortable. The staff was very kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception (and we had a lot!).

First trip to Japan and I am glad this is our hotel. It gave me a very good impression of Japan especially with their shampoo & conditioner products (Pola brand); those are wonderful for my hair. Im very happy with the hotel’s cleanliness, space, location, staff and amenities. Will highly recommend this hotel in Booking, Google and TripAdvisor. We had a wonderful time — good space for 6, amenities like washer-dryer had been very useful, location is good and the staff left the key for us (we arrived around 2am from flight…we didn’t have any issues). Only comment, there was no enough extractor from the toilet so it has moist after shower, and the tatami bed could have been a bit thicker. Overall, all great!

It’s first time for us to stay at this apartment hotel. The Reception/ Owner is very kind, nice and helpfull. The room big enough for us (4 adults and 2 kids). All the facilities we need provided by this place. But a bit too far from Akibahara station. The good things we can excercise our leg with such a bit far from station. Recommended for family vacation.
