Very clean. Toiletries, towels, pajamas provided was very good. Room size spacious than normal Japanese room. Futon bedding was comfortable. Heating in room for winter is good too. In room onsen tub good for 1 person but is good enough. They provided daily small snack which is very pleasant. Room has kettle, small fridge. Very thoughtful. Breakfast & dinner was tasty. Free parking.

SingaporeThe shower area with the indoor onsen was really cold, made it hard to shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed the ryokan!
We loved the coziness of the room. It was spacious for the 4 of us. The table with heater underneath was very comfortable! Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous. Location was out of the main area but it was nice, quiet and relaxing. Service was fantastic, the moment we parked our car, someone came out immediately to attend to us and brought our bags in.

The food was very good and very fresh, unlike other ryokans we have stayed at, the whole menu also changes for every meal - breakfast and dinner. Serving staff are also friendly and helpful. The private onsen was also very good. The room and toilet are clean :)

Room was very spacious. There were 3 heaters in the room, so definately warm enough to anyone's liking if you needed. Room onsen was nice. Food was in a private dining room for dinner and breakfast. There was a very nice lounge to relax in as well. There is a public cave onsen that was quite special. In winter, roads may have snow and need to be wary if driving in.

SingaporeRoom was clean and comfortable. we had a private bath in the room. Staff was also very patient in showing us around the ryokan. We reached the ryokan around 2pm. Staff told us to come back again at 3pm (check in time). As we were about to leave, the staff ran out again to inform us that our room was actually ready. so they allowed us to check in before 3pm. We had our dinner and breakfast in a private room, next to the lobby. It was my first time trying horse sashimi. it tasted so good. Kaiseki dinner was beyond awesome.

Hong KongFor the public onsen, the shower area is situated in the outdoor space so it can get very cold to shower in winter. The water taps are also not easy to turn on so it's challenging to shower before going in onsen in the cold.
The cave onsen is very unique and impressive. Both the breakfast and dinner are great.
