United KingdomRoomy, comfortable, peaceful. Clouds allowing, a sneaky view of Fuji from the window. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has a small onsen/hot spring bath that you can book for an hour at a time.

United KingdomThere wasn't really anything we disliked about our stay.
We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and on days with good weather even the very top of Mt Fuji. It was so nice to have a tatami room with floor chairs for relaxing. The bed was also comfortable. We used the fridge to keep our drinks cool and enjoyed coffee and green tea each morning. The bathroom is spacious. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. It is recommended that you have a car to travel around as public transport is limited. We booked to enjoy the private onsen every night for an hour, it was so nice. We were able to relax in the seating area on the first floor and enjoy the views of the garden. There is also a kitchen and dining area which is well equipped for you to prepare your own food. Mr. Okiyama is incredibly kind. He was so hospitable and made our stay truly wonderful. He recommended some lovely places to visit in the area and shared with us his knowledge of Yamanashi wine. We are so grateful! We hope to come back to visit again in the future.

AustraliaWe absolutely loved the private sauna, as we have tattoos. We were given a massive room with a separate tatami area, which was a surprise, and we loved it! Depending on what you're after, there are hoto places close by which is a must try when you are in this area. The property is walkable from the train station. However, with the road being rough, it might damage your wheels as it did ours. I would stay here again.

ThailandHowever, this hotel has no breakfast, but it is not a problem for us because we grab some staff from convenient store for breakfast
The property is very quiet and clean. The staff is very nice. I travel with my family for school break trip. I would recommend for family & friend also for business trip. This place also has hot spring which is very good. If I have a chance to come around this town, I will absolutely stay at this hotel.
