The hallways were kind of narrow and opening the main door you would have to make sure that the room next to you doesn’t open at the same time. However understandable given this is how Japan is in terms of housing. The bathroom sink faucet and toilet seats were loose at the start of our visit, but we didn’t think it was too big of a deal since it wasn’t broken or anything; however I’m sure it would be beneficial for the owners to be inspecting the facilities for any loose ends before renting out the room :)

Excellent value, narrow but large apartment for Japanese standards. Very contemporary, stylish and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location near Skytree and shops, transport.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in is very easy. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Thin walls that you can hear your neighbours in the upper floor/ next door. Other than that everything else was great!

Love the spaciousness that could fit our family of 4. The kitchen is easy to use & complete with dining table. The neighbourhood is peaceful so convenient very close to the train station & food options.

The hotel is not what I expected. It felt very cold and dark. The was a smell of smoke or cooking. The bathroom would be a bit hazardous for the elderly or young children. Having said that it was good value for money.

The two steps to the living area/kitchen are very steep. Not a problem for my family, but if you have kids or older company, be aware for their safety!

Wonderful location! Very close to Oshiage Station which can connect you to many popular tourist spots, including Skytree which you will have right next door to you. At night, it’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so your sleep won’t be disturbed. The room is great for families and provides a kitchen with cookware. There are 3 or 4 convenience stores nearby, one of which serves more as a grocery store so you can buy some ingredients for breakfast in the morning. Staff is very communicative, helpful, and speaks some English. I’d love to stay here again!

Reception is hard to reach. Bar operates the hotel as well but only open from 3pm. Despite the reception saying available from 8am.

It was great to have a washer and two rooms separated for our little ones to sleep.

- located in somewhat of a downtown area - they will request to see passports for every guest

- the quirkiness of bnb in tokyo - washing machine and kitchen is a plus - there's a halal kebab shop 10mins away which opens till 11pm - 5mins from the train

No daily room service and no receptionist until 3pm. Its a bit difficult to reach for questions on the spot.

Pillows! If you are not use to sleeping on wheat pillows maybe take your own!

Great location! Was clean and convenient. Small kitchen facilities if required. Washing machine available in the room. Close to Sky Tower and shopping district with eateries. Close to trains and 7-11 close by. Was quite spacious and were able to put suitcases out of the way without tripping over them. They were happy to hold your luggage after check out and you could collect when you were ready to leave.

Very cool place, fantastic beds, good facilities. Location is excellent, super close to train station and Skytree. Ikea furnishing felt homey. The lady let us check-in 30mn earlier which was appreciated.

Provision for luggage storage facilities before check-in and after checkout would have made this property more attractive to travellers like us.

Place is innovatively done despite its small size. Rooms are clean and facilities provided were fantastic.
