Hotel a bit old fashioned

Staff were great and the central location meant that I could get around easily.

Not much, the room was bigger than the other hotels I had stayed in.

The beds were comfortable and large. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bathroom was lovely, and the full sized bath was appreciated. The room was well stocked with amenities and had a massage and laundry facility that we used.

I book a room enable for smoking and they only used air purifier to reduce the smoke. Using air purifier isn’t good enough. The whole room like no air even we on the air con. The breakfast too decent.

Room layout is longish type. But still works. Breakfast looks into the street which is nice.

No coin laundry within hotel. No coffee machine at breakfast . Have to add own milk to coffee to make latte.

Too small

Good location. Walking distance to Nagoya station. Big shopping centers nearby, so plenty of food options. Meeting point for day tours is also within walking distance from the hotel.

I originally booked 2 rooms and wanted to be connecting, so I dropped the reservation team a message request. They only informed me that my rooms were not connecting when I checked in. Fortunately, the rooms were still on the same floor

The rooms were spacious and were abled to get connecting rooms Location is perfect as it's very close to the station and Lawson's is right across the street. Staff at the reception were helpful when needed Finally they have the luggage transfer service available

The side table was dusty as long as we were staying there The hair combs are found at the reception, they could just add one in the room for easier access when needed The view wasn't nice at all
