Only stayed for one night but didn’t see anything I didn’t like.

The amenities available that you can use/borrow is amazing! Love their pants and top pajamas. The room was quite spacious with decent desk and a good luggage chair, so I could repack our luggage quite nicely. I like that they have a clock in the room too! The staff were very welcoming and check in was done on machine next to reception, very easy! Laundry, vending machines and ice machine was on ground floor opposite reception which I think is a great idea so we could seek help if needed. Laundry machine seems new and modern too. Location of hotel is close to a lot of things, very convenient. Wished we stayed longer.

The breakfast. They're too salty and uninteresting for my European taste. And I'd like a tastier coffee.

The location was perfect: near a train station, shops, supermarkets... Good prices, few tourist, a wonderful opportunity to quickly reach Eninoshima by electric train.

It was a bit smaller than we expected & there were signs that the facility was run down like the wallpaper had been peeled away at the corner.

The location was great!!! The selection of free stuff on offer was awesome. the fact that they had a microwave was so useful & 2 coin laundry in front of the desk was great because when the guest's laundry was finished but the guest was not able to collect it & other guest was waiting the staff will collect it for them so that the guest who was waiting doesn't have to wait any longer than they have to.

It’s small but the layout is well planned that there is actually space for you to move around in the room.

It is very near to JR Ofuna station, where you can take the train to Kamakura. It is also walking distance to the Shonan Monorail where you can take the monorail straight to Enoshima (highly recommended to take the monorail). There are many restaurants nearby, malls that have everything you need (Uniqlo, Muji, cosmetic and drugstore items etc). There is a Bookoff Super Bazaar nearby that I walked to and saw some interesting things. The amenities are straightforward. Well supplied. Great communication with the staffs when storing our luggages before check in and after check out. Staying here made me fell in love with the Ofuna area. Very serene. Great neighbourhood.

The extractor fan in the bathroom or the aircon in the room could be stronger. I don’t think it worked to reduce the temperature

The area was a little disappointing if you go expecting it to be in Kamakura proper.

Very convenient for the railway station which is needed as it’s one further stop to Kamakura proper. Be careful when initially going to the hotel as this chain has two hotels with virtually identical names just a couple of hundred meters apart. Modern basic business style hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly helpful and courteous.

Excellent location, close to the train station, but not noisy, wonderful view from the window on Mount Ofuna Cannon, courteous staff, all requests were fulfilled. closed to Ofuna station, about 5 min walk, i love the vibe of the place, with an interesting shopping area! lots of conbini and very near the monorail station accessible if you wanted to go to enoshima! Hotel has a self service check in and check out. Staff is polite and very helpful.

EXcellent location - supermarket, shopping street & train station nearby or across the street. The supermarket was most beneficial to pick up some bento, local food, drinks etc. Room size is small like most hotel in Japan but comfortable & amenties provided

I really liked the room. You could actually see the kannon statue from my window. Moreover there was free tea, body lotion, bath additive and pyjamas in the lobby for you to take. The hotel is near Ofuna station which is very convenient. And I didn't hear any loud noises from the street or trains at night. Also enough konbinis and an organic supermarket in walking distance. (There were also a lot of restaurants but I didn't try those.) Staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

Super close to Ofuna train station. Staff kindly held our bags for an hour on check out day, so we cld catch monorail out to Enoshima, fantastic sights of Mt Fuji on the way! Clean rooms, comfy beds, bath, TV, heating, cute township with plenty of shops. Super affordable and kind, professional staff. We loved access to free toiletries, tea, pajamas, highly recommend. Need to book breakfast 2 at least 2 days prior to booking. :-)
