住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。

我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。

理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：

真实点评除了房間偏小以外，其他部分都無可挑惕、非常棒！距離名古屋車站近（官網指引相當清楚）；員工英文流利；備品區物品相當豐富（甚至有提供入浴劑！而且每天種類都會更換的樣子）；房間設備都滿新的；飯店特別標榜水龍頭的水有經過淨水處理，住這間飯店期間都不用去超商買飲用水！房間雖然小，但浴室空間相對來說並不會感到太狹窄，也有浴缸可以泡澡～
住的房間空間偏小，要喬一下房內設備位置才能夠將行李箱攤開，如果是兩個行李箱的話應該沒辦法同時打開。
