住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。
評語標準與準則

真實住客評語除了房間偏小以外，其他部分都無可挑惕、非常棒！距離名古屋車站近（官網指引相當清楚）；員工英文流利；備品區物品相當豐富（甚至有提供入浴劑！而且每天種類都會更換的樣子）；房間設備都滿新的；飯店特別標榜水龍頭的水有經過淨水處理，住這間飯店期間都不用去超商買飲用水！房間雖然小，但浴室空間相對來說並不會感到太狹窄，也有浴缸可以泡澡～
住的房間空間偏小，要喬一下房內設備位置才能夠將行李箱攤開，如果是兩個行李箱的話應該沒辦法同時打開。
