The bed was hard to sleep on, we almost woke up more tired compared to when we went to bed. But it depends on what bed you like, for us, it was way too hard and bouncy at the same time.

It really is in the center of the city, you have everything nearby. Fot its price and area, it is a nice hotel. But of course, for the price, don't expect much.

Check-in was 15.00 and not a minute before. There was no air-conditioning in reception. No staff before 15.00 to ask for information.

The hotel was clean, but very small. It was in a great location. Close to food and shopping outlets. Very close to the sightseeing, such as the peace memorial park, atomic dome etc.

Room was close to smoker room, so you could smell it if you open the window. Room window was directly facing another building so even during morning/day you get no sunlight or light at all

The check-in was without problems but nothing got explained to us (like how to get new towels, room service, etc.). In general it seems that the comparably lower price comes at the cost of the staff and rooms as they are looking a bit old and cheap. The view from our window was 2/3 blocked by a concrete wall of a neighbouring building. We noticed talking from the room next to us.

The location for us was fine as it is 15 minutes by foot from the peace park and even shorter walks from the next tram station and city center. It has a good price to value ratio.

Room is very small but ok, but the bathroom is tiny, not comfortable, didn't feel clean. It was extra tiny like a capsule bathroom. Would have been better to be a shower with more ease of access.

The room smelled of cigarettes and had smoke stains near the vents.

My room smelled of cigarettes, as it was on the same floor as the smoking balcony. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, so my experience was absolutely terrible and I left feeling much worse than when I arrived.

Staff were disgusting girl make me wait while she was talking with her friend while customer was waiting. At the morning girl was behind the back of reception when I call her see looks bit pissed off.

Washing machine made my clothes stink of cheese. So had to rewash them at another place.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Great location near to train stations and lots of convenience stores. I would stay again.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location, walking distance to main attractions, shops, nightlife and restaurants. Good sized room and bed, quiet and secure. Hatchobori Station nearby for trams to train station and ferry stop for Miyajima Island. Great value for money, hassle free.

The only very bad thing was the receptionnist. In a city where so many tourists come, speaking english is a must. Not only she couldnt say a word,but she didnt explain anything : the breakfast, the floor our room is located...nothing. She could clearly see we are not japanese but kept on speaking her language. I told her twice ' i cant understand' . She never felt sorry, looked annoyed and kept on. She should be fired. No smile, no informations, no english= useless

This budget hotel is really worth the price. Everything was clean, confortable, its well located. Perfect. I totally recommand.
