Parking can only accommodate compact cars. There are other coin parking nearby but make sure to check the overnight rates.

Great location, just off Susukino. Easy access to downtown, especially with a car, but without the crowd and noise. The bed was large and comfortable. The blackout curtain/shade was the best I've ever had in my life, literally no sunlight through even on midday.

Modern hotel with a room that felt very comfy for our 3 night stay. Everything was nice and clean. And I enjoyed the shower a lot. There was a convenience store right across the street. The staff is very friendly.

The location was a little out of the way; you have to navigate the local subway system, but it soon becomes easy with experience.

Amenities can be improved. Did not mention the carpark height requirement and I have to park at another carpark which was a 7 minutes walk to the hotel. Would be good to indicate what is the maximum car height in the profile.

The room is very clean, comfy bed and is well maintained. With all the necessary facilities like hairdryer, mini fridge, TV and wifi. Bathroom/toilet well is designed. Located in a more quiet place but is a bit far from the nearest train station but shouldn't be much of challenge. Staff are accommodating. For the cons, the room space is small which is common in Japan budget hotels. I also didn't like the semi transparent glass door used in the Bathroom/toilet.

Dryer could be stronger or cost less per drying cycle, the hotel’s parking is always full so need to find and pay for parking elsewhere,

Room was very spacious compared to many other hotels around Japan, price was very good, there is a washer/dryer, the dryer takes only 300 yen to almost fully dry my clothes, staff could speak some English, hotel was able to keep my luggage on my check-out day for me to explore the city before my flight, staff were very meticulous about requests such as for more towels and gave me plenty of towels.

I went to have breakfast on Saturday. I arrived at 8:15. Breakfast is supposed to last until 9:30. However, they told me they ran out of food and that I couldn't have breakfast that morning. This is pretty annoying as this was the day I was leaving and had planned my morning before the airport around having breakfast at the property.

The shower is the best. Amazing. Would stay here just to shower under that great showerhead again. The rooms are typical Japan sized, but they're comfortable. The location is a bit from the main areas, and this would be a deterrent from staying here again. Spent time walking to and from the main areas every day.
