The room was comfortable and clean. It was surprisingly sound proof except for the toilet flushing from the next door.

SingaporeBathroom is bit small. Lift spolied when we reached and hubby needed to carry all luggages to 4th floor. Lucky they repaired it quite fast. Need to pay for bath fees.
Room is big and enough for 3 of us. Heater is warm enough for snowy days. View from Room is ok. Have tatami area to sit and eat.

MalaysiaQuite shock when i find out that my room were without the shower area. Anyway, no issue as the onsen area were come with all kind of water spa facilities.
Breakfast was good with ample of selections. The room were spacious enough. It does decorated the hotel in conjuction with Halloween theme and my kids totally enjoy it!

SingaporeIf i had to be picky there were not many amenities around the area. But with a car of course you can access many 3 or 4 ski resorts that are 15 minutes away.
The staff were so welcoming to the resort and it felt like coming home. The breakfast was good and the dinner was just amazing. It was a fine dining multi course dinner each night. Just fabulous. I will highly recommend staying there for a relaxing weekend.
