In the hallway Wifi signal was strong but still didnt reach to my room.

Hotel is in very good location, next to the riverside. 2 grocery stores close by. Staff was very friendly- although there was language barrier but google translate helped us out. Room price and hotel quality in good balance.

No breakfast on first day. Not enough people in the hotel maybe. Staff doesn't speak English, so not sure why. No one informed if the breakfast was open other days, so never had breakfast there. It was a little further from the train station than I thought and no restaurant near the hotel except the one in the hotel.

The wifi to the room was never consistent. The router location is in a terrible spot and doesn't get to all of the rooms. There was no breakfast from my understanding. The room itself was small and cramped. The bathroom was covered and mold. To prevent from getting sick and because I was concerned with booking.coms policy to charge you for everything if you tried to cancel or change the reservation I had to purchase my own bleach bottle and clean the bathroom myself. The ventilation to the bathroom did not work and there was smoking residue in a non-smoking room all over the bathroom walls and ceiling. The HVAC/AC system in the hotel room itself did not function. They tried to resolve that issue using a small air purifier. The mattress was horribly stiff and not comfortable. There were only 2 power outlets in the room. The rest were inaccessible and the ones that were not in convenient locations. Overall my 2 week stay here was not comfortable and not worth the pricing or drive I had to make to conduct my work every day.

The location was the only nice thing. The hotel was set in a decent area for the water front and foods within the area. There was still alot of traffic to and from the area if you wanted to get food.

I couldn't find a microwave at night. There was a construction structure during my stay. So my widow view was little bit blocked. Bad timing.

Nice beautiful view. The beautiful chigasaki beach is about 2km away. It's OK but wish it was closer unfortunately there are no closer hotels. Very vintage lobby, elevator and setting. Reminds me on the movie 1408, little scary at night if you overthink it. Beautiful lobby. Room was huge. I would book here again for sure.

Dusty and dirty rooms and toilet. The ceiling had accumulation of dust bunnies just hanging all around. No direct access to their level 5 or 6. We had to carry our heavy luggage down and up a flight of stairs from the lift in between level 5&6. No dry cleaning nor washing machine services, you have to go 2 streets down to wash your clothes.

The staff was very helpful! I really like their hospitality. Free parking was great!

They had a smoking floor and they had us there, this hotel should be 0.5 star not 3 stars! Rooms aircond didn’t work well, whole floor and room smelled smoke!

It is not a negative thing, but the hotel is mainly for weddings. A bit far from the train station. This can be a small challenge, but it is located nearby a big road, but the bridge nearby made me difficult to find this hotel. Getting out was so easy so I recommend to make sure where this hotel is exactly located.

Clean, spacious, and neat. The room was great. The reception staff was friendly and polite. The check-in process was so smooth it took like 30 seconds. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel special. It was an enjoyable stay.
