Hotel is just 1-2 minutes walk away from a Nagano train station / bus stop and it was just what I needed. A room to sleep so I can get an early start to get a bus to go to hiking in mountains. There was Lawson downstairs and plenty of restaurants near by to get dinner. I didn't get breakfast there so I cannot share my opinion on that.

Honestly, nothing to complain about.

Excellent location—right across from the train station and super convenient for getting to temples, shrines, and nearby towns. Room was cozy with a nice city view. Clean, well-kept, and stocked with thoughtful extras in the lobby like bath salts and hair ties. Staff were warm, helpful, and kind.

The bed was rather small. I would estimate 140 cm width max. I should have booked a room with a bigger bed.

The location is excellent. 3 min walk from the main railway station. The breakfast was great. We stayed only 1 night.

The standard twin room is kind of small and the beds are right next to each other. You might have trouble sharing space especially if you have large suitcases. There is only one laundry room for the entire hotel, so plan to wash laundry at odd times.

I liked the location of this hotel because it was close to Nagano Station. If you take the Zenkoji Exit, you will find a building with a Lawson’s on the first floor. The rooms are reasonably priced, and breakfast was 1700 yen per person. The hotel is close to some supermarkets and shopping areas. You will find a lot of things to eat and do during the day by this hotel. You can also sign up for their loyalty program and download their app to get membership benefits like early check in and late check out.

The breakfast was not to my western taste, there is a lot of variety but I personally don't like to have miso soup for breakfast. Nevertheless the bread was good and the yoghurt was amazing, so I was not disappointed!

1 minute walk from the main train station with a bridge connecting the hotel to it. There are a lot of restaurants and 2 convenience stores close (one of which on the same building). Around the corner you can also take the bus to the natural parks. The room was very clean and the staff is quite kind and helpful.

Very modern hotel with everything you need, the rooms are spacious and you have a view on the city and the mountains. Just a few minutes away from Nagano station and a Kombini near the entrance

We chose the hotel mainly for the location close to the station because we planned some day trips from Nagano. This was a very convenient decision. Also the whole area around the train station is very clean and safe. We had a great view of Nagano from our room. It was small but the interior was quite modern and inviting. We especially appreciated that you could restock on tea, coffee or toiletry items at the lobby independently.

Location is very central. Very near to train station. Lots of eateries around the area. Room was quite spacious and the bed was bigger than super single. It also has a convenient store at the ground floor.
