Great hotel other than the solid bean pillows. Everything was good.

Car parks next to hotel is limited - I think only 5 , so they hve another land that can park like 50 cars which is approx 5 mins walk away.

Excellent value , clean and practical . Wholesome Breakfast provided with free flow of soft drinks and coffees.

The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the nearest train station, if your room is above ground level the room can become extremely hot and humid.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the rooms were more spacious than expected and the eco friendly nature of everything was very nice to see! In addition our room had a great view of Fuji and the food options around the hotel were amazing! ありがとうございました！

Very far from the train station.

The staff is friendly & helpful. The room is spacious, and the toilet is clean with a bathtub. The onsen is clean, although small. Good variety of drinks from specific timing. Good free breakfast spread. There are restaurants and Daiso around the hotel.

The location was not ideal, it's a bit far from the main station.

The room was good, although a bunk bed but it was comfortable. The pillow selection was very nice. The facilities and breakfast were good.

The hotel is a 22 minute walk from the train station. Buses bring you only 10 min way.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsen a welcome addition. The breakfast was delicious.

We didn’t get water on the first day , the onsen is small and the water is very hot (not something they can do but important to note), breakfast is from 6-8:30 am which is very early and we just didn’t get to go. The parking lot is mostly full and there’s another one about a 1-2 minute walk not too bad.

The hotel is nice we got a very of mountain Fuji, they have a juice bar until 10pm which is nice after the onsen , we were told by staff that it was okay to enter the onsen with tattoos. The location is great you have a 7/11 ,gas station and nice restaurants nearby.

Room and bathroom space is tiny.

Not many options with breakfast but the view from the room is excellent! We were disappointed that we couldn't see Mount Fuji from any lakes but when we wake up in our room at 5am, beautiful Mount Fuji was right in front of us from the room view! Overall, this hotel is value for money option as they provide basic breakfast, parking and small room for a short stay.

Valuable price for one night stay, but you have to early check out at 10 a.m. Maids will knock your door to rush you get out of the room. The breakfast is good, but the line is closed at 8.30 a.m. The room is quite narrow for 2 person and not enough space to spread out more than 25” baggage.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but they did let you choose your own pillows which was nice. It wasn’t mentioned on the site that tattoos were not allowed in the onsen.

The onsen was fantastic and the room was an amazing size with a wonderful view of mt.Fuji! The breakfast was also really good.
