I am not sure but the room was not equipped with automatic electric power off system.

Welcome bar is unique of its kind. The natural hot springs refresh you and make your skin smoother. The amenities are very pleasant.

… as mentioned by other reviews the onsen can get busy due to limited facilities and this includes the occasionally long wait queues for the female washing and laundry~

Room was very tiny, but standard for Japan. Not a big issue as there are hot springs to spend some time and relax after busy day; plus all-included bar. So fair room size just to sleep.

Great location, walking distance from Ikebukuro railway station, great offer in the bar and hot springs, included in the price.

Very good location. It takes around 10 minutes to reach subway station that has multiple lines. Also there is a downtown area 15 minutes away with many stores and restaurants. For the price it is amazing, highly recommend. Room is small but for Japan it’s kinda normal. If you only sleep there it’s more than enough

When I looked out of the window I looked straight into a wall. Nothing uncommon in Japan, but I was hoping for something better, given that my room was on the 9th floor.

I did feel that the onsen is a bit too small for a hotel of this size (at times I went around 1-2AM and it was very crowded even in the off-peak season for travel)

A really great hotel very close to the Ikebukuro metro station! From the moment you enter on the ground floor, the building has a lovely scent, which is always a good sign ;) The reception staff are beyond friendly, as is usual for Japan, but the lovely ladies here were definitely even more polite than usual. The hotel has a free evening welcome bar with all kinds of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which is an amazing addition for someone who's just had a full day of travel. You can pick your own pillow and pyjamas, and all the necessary amenities are free (creams, razors, even hair elastics and digestive supplements). The onsen on the women-only floor is also amazing! Very clean for a public bath and contains all the necessary amenities too so you can have a quiet time to yourself getting ready after the bath.

Coin Laundry available on third floor. Onsen available on the third floor. Morning breakfast available on premise. Bakery and coffee available next door. 7 eleven and Lawson down the street. Grocery store just down the street. Don Quiote two blocks away.

The Onsen was warm but not hot. In the room and bathroom was a musty and mouldy smell. Luckily or of course there was air freshener which we used everywhere and all the time.

The staff was really nice and the location was good. It was nice to have a choice of cushions with different hardness. You have to do nothing to check-out.

Partner loved, but I didn't, the block out blinds. So dark I had no idea what time it was and found it hard to wake up (which I guess is the point!). The long pillow provided on the bed needs to be either full width of bed or provide 2.

Location a bit of walking distance. Onsen bath/changing area is small, cannot house too many ppl, probably 5 is the max. Mattress is a bit hard for me.

Room was small but expected for hotels in Tokyo.

It was a 10 mins walking distance from the station and same for the airport limousine bus. Welcome drinks in the evening was a nice touch but no beers though. Onsen was not great but ok for a dip after a long walk. Plenty of places to eat catering for all tastes.

Cleaning takes 5 hours and you have to stay outside the room for 5 hours . They can make subsets of rooms with lessers hours .

Breakfast was good. Could have some halal options too.

In the men’s locker room, I would have liked for the lockers to be the bigger ones where you have a bracelet key. It was just cubbies with baskets to put our clothes in and a limited number of small lockers for your valuables.
