The upper bunk bed was not made up and the customer was expected to make it up and the sheets were flat sheets not fitted sheet. Having to make up your own bed should at least be articulated in the advertising of the accommodation and a fitted sheet supplied so that making up the bed is a bit easier. Preferably the hotel should make up the upper bunk bed

Located in an industrial area, so no sightseeing within walking distance (but there are restaurant chains across the road)

- super friendly staff, all smiling and helpful - at check-in, the receptionist even helped me pick out amenities and a pillow, she explained spa times and invited me to the free welcome drink - free welcome drink from 18-21:00 downstairs - very clean room and bathroom with comfy bedding - fully blackout blind (helped me sleep so good) - free parking on-site - free breakfast buffet with crunchy croissants

The only downside was late hours for the women’s turn in the bath. Because I was getting up early I had to skip using the hot springs. It would be nice to visit after checking in. That said, I do understand that there are far fewer female guests at this kind of hotel. I think offering the women’s shower room was a good solution And the bathrooms in the rooms are also nice! And they were made nicer by all of the free amenities 😊

The staff was friendly, my room was comfortable and clean with a big bed and a big pillow! The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of variety. I was really surprised how nice this hotel was for such a good price! I felt like I could fully relax

The second bed being a bunk and having to make the bunk up ourselves was a little weird!

Location was good. Welcome drinks were appreciated. Little extras like face mask, moisturiser, etc were really great.

Only one Onsen, instead of one for Men and separate one for Women. So onsen is open for Men only at certain time (closed for Women) and open for Women only (closed for Men) at other certain time.

Breakfast was really good. Pastries are exceptionally good, but some ran out later during the breakfast time window. Evening free drinks were really good too.

There is only one public bath, so they arrange women and men to use it at different hours. Ladies can't use it after 10pm.

The facilities are very good and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good too. Definitely value for money!

The onsen hours for ladies are too limited. I wanted to use the onsen but never had a chance due to the limited hours.

The location is great, close to an huge aeon mall and local restaurants. The room is spacious considering the price and the average hotel rooms in Japan at this price. The lounge/ breakfast area is cosy and nicely decorated. The welcome drink is the icing on the cake of the stay.

The pillow in the room was extremaly hard, but I could easily get soft pillow. On the ground floor they have a space with extra pillows the guest can take. It wasn't extra paid.

The room was comfortable. I had a bed and a soft chair. The parking was free. I could easily leave my car there. It was close to shopping mall. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a little small for us as we had big luggage; one of the suitcases occupied the big desk in the room and there was no space for the other suitcase
