PhilippinesIt is quite far from the station and Gotemba Premium Outlets. The best option is to walk to Tomei Gotemba, where you can take the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station or Gotemba Outlets.
The room has a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. Upon check-in, we were offered a welcome drink. The room uses a key code system, which is very convenient since you don’t need to carry a key card or physical key when going out. There’s a laundromat area, and the dryer is free of charge. Vending machines are also available. Our favorite feature is the onsen, male and female guests take turns using it. The breakfast selection is generous, and everything is delicious. Overall, the facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly and speak English well.

United KingdomBreakfast selection was poor and the bathroom is very small. Not much to do in the local area and it is right by a busy main road. The guy at reception was not so helpful. I would avoid this area unless you have other activities planned, as the town is nothing special. Plus, it is quite a long walk to the train station.
The bed was fairly comfy and if you get a clear day, you will see the mountain. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

The convenience shop was within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I was looking for a place to buy a wheelchair, but it seemed that the area wasn’t convenient for finding one. MalaysiaI have a family of 3 kids, including a young child. I booked 2 rooms, both with bunk beds, but booking.com does not allow me to put in 1 adults and 2 children in a single room, so I booked as 1 adult and 1 child in each room. When I arrived, the duty manager doesn’t seem to be happy. He allowed me to stay but kept insisting that the rooms are only for max of 2. His attitude is unfriendly and I had the impression that he is not happy about me bringing the 3rd person in the room. Question to the hotel. With 2 adults and 3 young kids, how do you expect me to split? If you can take more than 2, why have rooms with additional bunk beds? The hotel manager should have been more flexible and friendly. Spoilt my stay at the hotel.
Hotel is nice and clean, with great view of Fujiyama. They offer bunk bed with a double bed which is nice. They also have welcome drinks including wine but stopped too early.
