Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. The hotel location is very convenience, the hotel entrance is just next to the MTR exit. The breakfast is very nice and have little difference very day. I stayed this hotel 4 night and enjoyed.

The room was a perfect size for me, breakfast was great, and all of the staff were always so kind and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay here for several more days, and the process was very smooth. The hotel was close to the train station and several other great locations with plenty to do, such as sunshine city. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was very close to Ikebukuro station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options and it changed everyday. The public hot spring opened throughout the night.

Breakfast! A part of the menu changes daily and there's always something to look forward to! The welcome drinks! And the customer service was one of the best i've ever seen for all staff that i encounter! The Hotel location was completely sheltered with lift access! Super grateful!

Great location, only a stone's throw distance from Ikebukuro Station. Modern, clean and convenient. Also, it is nice to allow guests to leave their luggage till twelve in the morning. Finally, a very comfortable lounge with a huge variety of wine and fruit juice (but not beer) is provided for guests to use.

SingaporeThe public bath is a lot smaller than I thought so I would look at the status of the bath on the TV and use it when there's alot lesser people are using it.
There's a elevator right beside the hotel that connects to the train station which makes travelling so much easier. The room is quite cozy, and there's a laundry machine where you just need to drop in a 100yen to use it. The free breakfast was great too. Would definitely come back next time!
