Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room is a bit small, but the additional services completely outweigh this inconvenience.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the welcome drinks in the evening were great.

-Options of tea limited. -Coin laundry not clean.(many hotels don't clean the washing machines and dryer)
-The breakfast complimentary. -Complimentary Welcome drinks Bar. -A foreigner staff who can speak fluent English (universal language) and Japanese. (Well done!) Please do this in all your chain hotels all over Japan. -Code lock doors.

The location is excellent, just opposite the Nara station. Besides buffet breakfast, the hotel offers free drinks at night. Staff members were very friendly.

There are two super hotels in promximity and it’s very confusing. The management should consider changing the name or naming the hotels in numbers

I was slightly anxious about safety as the reception was on the 2nd floor and everybody could just walk in to the elevator and go up to any of the floors. But this being Japan, nothing like that ever happened.😉
The hotel is located right opposite the JR train station, and about a 15 minute walk from the Kintetsu station. It is super easy to walk to the Nara Park along the city’s main pedestrian drag, or catch a bus to other attractions. The room was big for the Japanese standards, had a tv, a fridge and an electric kettle. The staff was super friendly (few spoke English). At the reception you could pick additional pillows, PJs, shampoo, drinks, you name it. Breakfast was big and varied.

there is nothing I didn't like. wifi was a little bit annoying and I couldnt make a call but I always stay here and it was the first time that I had that problem. So maybe just bad day:)
Stuff is super friendly and helpfull. Brekfast is served in the morning and has a choice between japanese and western food. Hotel is located near to JR Nara station, all restaurants and convinience stores. 10 min walk to Nara park through main street. Easy acess at night with your own entrance code.

The rooms are small, the pillows odd, many choices but different then I’m used to. Since the room is so small the desk is too narrow and the bed has no going way to prop yourself up.
Location, location, location. Directly across from the JR Station, and all the buses and taxis, you couldn’t ask for a better hub.

The breakfest was not the best i have had but if was sufficient and some of the dishes were very nice.
A perfect location in the center of nara. It is everything you need but not much more. Was the perfect intermediate step on my trip. Very nice staff which gave me an umbrella to use and nice view from my room over the shopping street.

I don't remember anything wrong with the place.
I'm reviewing this place long time after my stay so I don't remember all the details. I enjoyed the location near the train station, it requires a bit of a walk towards the famous temple in Nara but it's practical when travelling by train. The hotel is a standard Super Ueno so there is no surprise in what is offered if you already travelled in Super Ueno places. I enjoyed the view from my room.

Bed are are a bit hard to sit on, but once you are laid, it s ok. Decent breakfast but no real coffee during the week!?? Only on Sunday?
Right in front of the train station. The sliding compartments under the bed, make the room bigger than the usual japanese style ones. Pillow menu at the entrance! 👍

The bed was a bit hard, but I guess typical Japanese hotel bed.
It was super close to the station! Also the view, was nice! They also have welcome drinks, and it was from a drink bar. Also the amenities like for hygiene, even for skin care and pampering yourself. And the extra pillow thing, where you can choose the type of pillow you prefer to use.

Would be appreciated if there was more light in the room. It was kinda dark. Breakfast was soso. The position of shower curtain was not well designed so it didn't fit well to the tub.
Couldn't be closer to Jr Nara station. Receptionists were friendly. Close to stores and restaurants (if you go to the right direction)

The staff initially put me in an unsuitable room but readily apologised and found me another room. Pillow choice was great. Everything worked well. Staff very very efficient and friendly.

I would have liked to have been able to check in a few hours earlier. However, I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.
The location is perfect. It was very easy to access both train stations and the park.
