标题：Best stay of my trip           内容：The staff were absolutely exceptional, they made me feel so welcomed and even helped me transfer my luggage. The breakfast was the best I had on my whole trip. the room is mid, but so functional l. The custom map they had made for the neighborhood was lovely and very helpful.  it was a new and fun experience for me. I will definitely be back!

The perfect place to end our trip in Japan!      

Great stay at this new accommodation! It’s conveniently located near the train station with easy access to the city. The self check-in process was smooth, and they provided all the necessary information well in advance, which made everything easy. The staff I communicated with was also very responsive and polite. I’d love to come back again.Thank you so much. It was a great stay.

Very comfortable beds

The pathways between buildings and to the carpark were narrow and not maintained effectively. Was quite far from most restaurants and eateries with limited transportation options.

Great location close to lift and ski rental Room was very nice, comfortable bed, adequate space Breakfast was very good and convenient to be able to get an evening meal there

The shared showering arrangement was ok if only one person in there but very cramped and lack of privacy otherwise The ski storage area was very small. The breakfast area was in the building next door and had to walk thru the snow to get there. The path was not in very good condition due to so much snow

Ski-in out access made life so easy, and the basement laundry was clutch for drying soggy gear. Room was tiny but cozy—heater worked like a charm. Only wish the coffee at breakfast was stronger.

Proximity to the smaller base area of Ishiuchi Ski Area was the only upside of this hotel/hostel. Although there are free buses between the main train station of Echi-Yuzawa, Gala Ski Area and Ishiuchi, they do not in fact run in a continuous loop, nor do they pickup in the direction that you may want to go. In the morning they go one way to get people from the train station to the resorts and in the afternoon the reverse, but if you would like to go to the train station in the morning you will need to take a cab.

The included breakfast was subpar compared to all our other stays over the course of three weeks in Japan. The kerosene or diesel heaters that are used throughout the property put off a slight odor that is not very desirable. Luckily in the rooms you are supplied with heated electric blankets and there are also mini-splits on the walls for heat. For some reason they do not appropriately shovel the walkways in a fashion that makes it conducive to walking between the 2 buildings. Two buildings you say? Yes, if you are staying at the Yuzawa Snow Inn you are required to walk to Hotel Justice to check in/out as well as the dining room. When we were there there were 4 foot snow banks and they would literally only shovel out an 18” path from the parking area and between the buildings. Seemed quite insufficient for a property where people are arriving with luggage and training around in their ski boots.

The place is very clean and their b reakfast is good.
