Not much parking, parking elevator wasn't working but there is pay parking nearby. The rooms were very aged and worn out. everything was either stained, freyed, scratched, peeling. Closet door came off hinges when opening. But the mattresses seemed new and very firm. Room was small, had twin beds. but rather small twin beds.

located near the station, very inexpensive compared to other hotels nearby, staff did not speak English but I could communicate in broken Japanese, there was a good restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was great! There were decent amenities such as hot pot, desk, cups and glasses, refridgerator, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes and razors in the room and you could help yourself to instant coffee and tea in the lobby as well as hairbrushes, some cosmetic amenities. We also rented an iron and ironing board. There was a reasonably priced on the lobby floor as well. Check in was smooth. Rooms were well cleaned, no mildew or mold.

Air conditioning extractor was dirty but completely functional - There were kind of rusted details that gave — an unintentionally — 'dirty' look to the room - Of course less space to move if you carry a lot of luggage

I stayed 1 night with my partner in a Double room - non-smoking: - Staff is helpful and nice even if you don't speak Japanese (it depends on who the clerk is though) - A few minutes walking from the main station - Closer to supermarket, konbini, and restaurants - Silent neighborhood (if it's noisy, it's for a random reason) - It includes all the listed amenities (in original package) - Enough space if you carry about 2 hand luggage and 2 hold luggage - Clean towels and spaces in general - There was no smoke odor at all!

cuz I stayed for just sleep, I was happy such a valuable price. it didn’t matter how the facilitie was kind of old just in my case.(the hotel prepare a necessary bare minimum of cleanliness.) I’ll choose the hotel next year’s summer sonic again if the accommodation fee doesn't change.

The room is small but clean, located near the train station, with many shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance, and offers free breakfast.

The carpet was very dirty and I was awaken very early one morning by the smell of cigarette smoke. I opened my door and it was a very heavy bad smell. I never could go back to sleep. This is not the Hotel’s fault though.

The breakfast there was great, I enjoyed my meals there.

The beds were really uncomfortable and it was very outdated and it was not clean.

The staff was the best part. They were very helpful when we needed to transport our luggage. The receptionist walked with us to 7/11 and stayed the whole time to make sure we got our luggage transferred to the next hotel since we weren’t able to use the hotel’s service.

This hotel falls short of even the most basic standards of cleanliness. While I understand this is a budget-friendly option, it's unacceptable to encounter such a level of dirt. The rooms, including the tables, corners, carpets, and bedsheets, appeared visibly soiled and emitted an unpleasant odor. Dust accumulated throughout the hotel, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. The laundry facilities were equally unhygienic, with machines dispensing dust upon opening. Furthermore, the furniture was in a state of disrepair, with ripped chairs and overall signs of wear and tear. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and the security system seemed outdated. I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler.

The room was not well kept. Poor cleaning, lighting in the room was not helping the situation. Room was very cold and no way to adjust the heater. Shower water pressure pretty terrible.

Everything was spot on and it was right next to a train station. Very nice staff, clean room, perfect for if you need a place to rest before or after travelling through Narita.

If I had to say that I liked black or herbal tea bags, not only green tea.

It's super convenient. Close to the station, convenience stores, shops. They let us have a lot of different types of amenities for free. The building was old but clean.

great location and nice staff. everything was pretty clean and they give you everything you need like shaving knives\ bath salts\ every kind of cream you can imagen etc.. there is a supermarket nearby with is open until 1 am and they have a microwave down at the loby. train is 5 min walk from the hotel
