I’m a vegetarian so breakfast wasn’t exactly the best part of the day for me but that’s true in general for any place I visit.

Beautiful room with amazing view! Layout and amenities that were well thought out. Fun bar in the lobby with delicious truffle fries! Great staff and location near the Ginza line. Will absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were large, beautifully furnished and accessorized, with a fantastic view over the city, the hotel’s facility amazing - from the bar to the restaurant to the breakfast. Love that the minibar is all free. Staff extremely kind and welcoming, when we arrived the room wasn’t ready but they allowed us to shower and get refreshed. Would love to come back!

Nothing, it was all incredible.

Luxurious with friendly staff who speak very good English. Room was clean with a huge living space and generous mini-bar/snacks (complimentary). Bed was extremely comfortable and the views were stunning. Our room also came with a free airport shuttle which took us to Narita at 4am in the morning. The italian restaurant and rooftop also serve some delicious food and drinks.

Great atmosphere, very nice and kind employees and breakfast was absolutely amazing! They have averything you need, pajamas, even gym clothes. The best part was the electric bike to ride around town, location in great as well.

There are multiple things that made this a great experience overall but I think the location is the most important one. It is not in the middle of Shibuya so it was not super loud but close enough to either walk or take the train. Close to the hotel there are multiple cafes to choose from. Lots of open space all around.

Gym was extremely small and they had no Lobby to speak of…. It was basically the Bar reception right next to hotel reception.

It had a nice active vibe with the bar/restaurant downstairs that a lot of locals frequented.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s beautifully designed - stylish yet warm and inviting. Our room was exceptionally well thought out, offering every comfort we could have hoped for. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch, stocked with a great selection of drinks. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding - warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Their attention made all the difference. The service was excellent throughout. Absolutely worth the price for the experience you get. We will definitely be back.

I can't think of one thing that we didn't like during our wonderful stay.

We loved everything about The Aoyama Grand Hotel. The hotel is exquisite, and the staff exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and responsive to our requests. The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful vibe. The casual restaurant on the lobby level was great and fun, the rooftop bar phenomenal, and their sushi restaurant, Sushi Kanesaka, epic. The view from our room was majestic. We can't wait to return.

This hotel did not disappoint! From the minute we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We arrived a little earlier than check in time and they took our luggage to the room for us and even let us check in a little early. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with an incredible view! We were traveling with our teenage son and the room had doors between the living room (where his pullout couch was) and bedroom, so he pretty much had his own room, which was so nice! His bed was also made up when we arrived. There was a minibar, which was included in the price of the room AND restocked every day, which we definitely enjoyed! The bathroom was huge! The shower and bath were wonderful and the pajamas and bathrobes were comfy. The staff helped with everything! They brought ice to the room, they cleaned the room daily and they even booked things for us. I had the most amazing head massage and I am convinced the place treated me extra special because my booking came from the hotel! The location was prime! A three minute walk to the Ginza line and plenty of food and shopping right in the area. The whole experience was more than we expected and we would definitely stay here again!

Warm and unpretentious five star service from the first moment you step into the hotel. The hotel and high level of customer service is a nod to modern understated luxury. It’s my second time with this hotel and I will come back again.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We booked two rooms for five people—3 adults, including an 85yo, and two teenagers—and everyone was happy with the setup. The free minibar was well stocked. The shower had great water pressure. And the breakfast was quite impressive—lots of options whether you prefer a Japanese or Western-style menu. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
