Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The hotel is just two stations away from Nagoya Station, and the nearest local station is only a 3-minute walk. It’s very convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The location is great, close to Sakae subway, Central Park, shopping, restaurants, Oasis 21, and the TV tower. The staff were very helpful. And for an inexpensive hotel in Japan the room was a decent size.

The facility is close to shops , train station and restaurant. It is easy to find and it is relatively quiet compared to the other hotels I have booked in Japan in the past.

Location: Location is great. Less than 5 minute walking distance from they subway Sakae Station Exit 13. You may exit here or exit through Chunichi Building (so you would go up to the ground/road level by an escalator). Front desk is on the second floor and Lawson is on the ground floor. 7-11 and Family mart are within 5-minutes walk from the hotel. Staff: Very friendly and accommodating. Room: The room was clean and typical for a business hotel. Room was big enough for 2 people. We were able to use the work desk for our laptops. We managed to open 2 medium size luggage on the floor without feeling to cramped. We had daily house keeping and everything was in order when we got back. Bathroom: Clean and spacious. With bidet, towels, and free toiletries. Overall great and we were satisfied with our stay at The B Nagoya.

Singaporethe mattress and pillows was a bit too hard for my liking, would have been great if they provided iced water as well rather than just hot water and coffee and espresso. the tea choices in the room weren't that great. would have been good if they have chamomile tea to help sleep. a bit noisy even though I was sleeping at 13th floor, there was quite a bit of activity like sirens and car sounds at night.
close to sakae station (tip instead of exit from 13 go into the chuunichi building and use the escalators instead) saved a lot of climbing. close to many shopping areas that I wanted to go. there were different desserts from donuts, egg tarts, canele, macarons, daifuku (rotated) and coffee for free at the lobby area. (the desserts at evening hours only( the breakfast buffet was also good, good variety, i love the misokatsu definitely try that!

Philippines1. The room is a little more expensive if we compare it to the other rooms we had for our trip (Sapporo and Tokyo). But other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 2. The toilet bowl / bidet was not working on our room. We did not inform the staff but it was an inconvenience. 3. You can hear conversations inside the room from the elevator/hallway
1. Amenities - I like that the room has complete amenities and you could also get amenities from the lobby. 2. Free Donuts at 3-7pm 3. Location - Near 2 stations. Airport Transfer in Oasis 21 bus stop. 4. I left my jacket in our room when we checked out. I sent an inquiry/request to their website and the staff was able to give my jacket to my friends who are checking out later.

ThailandI hope the hotel could improve its safety. The elevator is located on the 1st floor meanwhile the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The point is that people can entry and assess all the floor easily although they are not the hotel guests. At least, the hotel should apply requirement for tapping a room key card first before pressing the floor.
The location is the best ever. My friend and I just wandered around the hotel because all the desired destination were closed to the hotel. The staff were helpful and informative. I read several comments about noisy during the night because the hotel was next to the main street, but we could sleep peacefully without hearing anything noisy.
