The pillow is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever used. It’s filled with beads and really stiff/rigid.

The location was great. Easy access. The check in was an easy process. The WiFi was good and the game facilities were stocked up with anything you’d need (even the kitchen)

This is my first time to stay at a hostel in Japan. I cannot compare my experience in this hostel with somewhere else but at least I met very friendly staff here and enjoyed talking with them and some other guests.

There was a super narrow staircase outside that made it very difficult to lift luggage. Quite dangerous for women with large bags. Also, there was not much room for luggage next to the room.

On July 4, the gentleman at the reception desk in the morning was helpful and friendly, but did not offer free towels. The female employee at the reception desk in the afternoon was also nice and quiet. Gave us space to eat and relax while she worked the whole time. The location is quite convenient. Walking distance to the bus center and the A-Bomb Dome. On July 5, we were able to leave our luggage next to the front door until 4:00 PM. We enjoyed every last minute of our stay.

The beds were oddly loud, not a huge problem but had to be extra quiet if moving around in bed.

Small and cozy hostel so it was easy to make friends. Very friendly staff. I felt right at home during my 3 nights there. Clean, good facilities and good location.

The bed curtains have gaps on either side, so not completely private. In addition, it was quite hot in the room and I was unsure if there was an air conditioner available for use.

bedroom is quite stuffy and the curtains for the beds are very thin so they don't block out much light, so even the nightlight was shining into my face all night

The team was absolutely lovely, I definitely had a good time here. Sadly the bed is really hard, it can be quite dissapoiting after a long day of walking around. Also, if you have a suitcase note that you'll have to climb stairs to access the hostel but nothing too unachivable. Overall, it has a great location and is good for the price range!

Good location, walking distance to the river, downtown and A bomb dome, peace park and museum. Close to tram line also. Staff helpfully recommended other places to visit which I took on and enjoyed.

It would have been nice if the the sinks had warm water. Washing my face and hands was a very unpleasant experience. The common areas were pretty chilly.

All the staff were so friendly and accommodating! I really felt taken care of by everyone there. The location also cannot be beat. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance.

The facility is quite old, so it seems dirty/dusty, but it’s not really. The taps are not in a very good condition, some of them are pretty wobbly. The stairs at the front door were very steep. The curtain railing was very annoying, in kept falling down with any careless movement. The space for the luggage is very limited inside the rooms, so most of the people end up going through their stuff in the hallway, creating extra clutter in the narrow passage.

The location of the hostel is absolutely one of the best possible. 5 minutes from the dome and memorial park, 12 minutes to the Citizen’s culture center. The German girls who worked there via work & travel were super nice, we even went to the local bar together. Everyone was so friendly,no matter where they are from and the atmosphere was very good. Free laundry detergent and a drying rack on the porch was a nice bonus. They also have a box with free rental chargers. The living room area was quite cozy.

Greetings in local language and Japanese. Great hospitality, trinkets, people. No rush for checkout and very secure in female only dormitory.

Communal space was very small for two dorm rooms. Only one small table, wich the staff also uses to fold hostel laundry or work on computer. So in the morning there was no place to eat breakfast. Also very limited space to put luggage and not a lot of toilets/showers.

Super friendly staff. Everything was clean. Nice bunks with curtains. Location was very good.
