The exit light by the door was very bright when all lights were off to sleep at night. We needed to cover up as it was hard to sleep. I wish there were not too many beds in the room since there were only 3 of us. Not enough place to walk through with all our luggages unless we move them to the balcony but it was so hot in there. I don't know why our clothes didn't dry quickly in the balcony even though it was hot in the summer.

The couple owners were very friendly and warm. My phone died at the time of check in and I couldn't remember the passcode to the entry door. Good thing they came to the place and made us feel comfortable. The room is conveniently located close to the train station, pharmacy, groceries, and a few restaurants. We didn't really explore the area as we were usually in the tourists areas. I am happy that they allowed us to use the washer. It comes with free detergent soap. And they let us leave our luggages after checking out. Thank you.

The suite’s layout could use some improvement, but it didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. Also, the kindness and thoughtfulness of the hosts greatly contributed to making our first visit to Osaka memorable.

Only thing we would have like was some hooks in bathroom to hang towels as there wasn’t really anywhere to hang them to dry to reuse them in room.

This place is a hidden gem for families, well priced, clean and comfortable. Has everything you need even use of washing machine! Hosts were very helpful and friendly. 2mins walk to Hanazonocho station then only 2 stops to namba.

Room was very clean and equipped with all the essentials for a family stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I left my daughter’s gifts in there after check out and they promptly sent me a message and offered to mail them to wherever I want.

Decor could be improved slightly. Its a personal preference though.

Specious, comfortable stay. The beds were nice. Having a refrigerator and nearby grocerie stores. The ammenities are great. We had two toilets and a bathtub. Also. The owners are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They will put in any effort to make your stay epic and speak a great amount of english. Location to the Subway: a two minute walk.

Quiet location, near metro and some good restaurants and supermarket. Small but cosy room with all amenities (fridge, microwave, cutlery, kettke etc). Nice little rooftop to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. Very welcoming hosts.

The location is perfect only three mins from Hanazonocho Sta. The room itself is quite big and still have mych space for 5 people. It also has automatic bath that is perfect after 20,000++ steps in Japan. The owner, Yukio and Keiko-san is super hospitable. They're very kind and attentive. We love spending some time to hear their stories.

Our upstairs neighbours were sometimes noisy late at night, but that is not the place's problem and does not take away of how great the inn is! :)

The beds were comfortable. Outlets and small lamps were also provided next to the beds. There's a smaller couch which can be turned into an extra bed for a smaller 5th people if you have more than 4 people. The small kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but we only used it during breakfast since most of the time we ate outside. The toilet is in a separate room which was convenient. The bathroom was AMAZING! Clean, big and equipped with towels and almost every amenity you can think of. Me and my friends are actually missing that big bathtub :D The inn is in a convenient, quiet and peaceful location, 2-3 minutes walk from Hanazonocho station. Many restaurants and stores are within arm's reach as well. Yukio and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts! They are very friendly and helpful and recommended many great places to us in Osaka. They took the time to explain everything as best as they can and made sure we have a comfortable stay, which we are grateful for! We will definitely choose this place next time we travel to Osaka again! :)

A very spacious and clean appartment. All major sights within about 30 to 40 minutes reach with public transport and very nice hosts. The location is clealy marked, so easy to find. Also the checking is easy to go through. .
