Lovely rooms. Excellent location. Lovely breakfasts available. Good activities avaliable on their lounges. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Very clean, great bar concept at the top floor + the restaurant was awesome Italian food. Plus super close to the museum and the dome + close to the boat location for Miyajima

We were so impressed by the high quality of this hotel. It was very clean, very beautiful. We needed to book two rooms for our family of 4 but this is common in Japan. There were generous “coins” given to redeem at the bar on the top floor for snacks and drinks and a great restaurant downstairs with fabulous pizza. It is a short walk to the museum. Shopping and restaurants nearby also. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Easy to get to by bus from the train station ( the bus stop direct outside the entrance)and a very short walk from the Peace Park. Nice idea with tokens to use on the roof top bar in exchange for snacks or drinks.

A wonderfully modern hotel, that has a perfect location to Peace park, and is on the number 1 tram line to Hiroshima station. The rooms are the largest I’ve had in Japan on this trip! Staff are exceptionally friendly and speak great English. The north side of the building can have views of the A bomb dome like mine did!!

The only confusing thing was checking in on level 14! But that was only minor confusion.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. That may be a general feature of Japanese hotels, but here they were so nice - just another level. In general, more „westernized“ than other hotels.

Awesome location - you can see the Peace Park as soon as you step outside, and it has great transport links. The room was comfortable and clean, and the rooftop was lovely - we appreciated the drinks tokens on arrival!

If I could give 11 as score, I would do it! Amazing hotel, nice rooms, great location, rooftop, delicious breakfast and restaurant, laundry service, lovely staff, everything great!!!

The room was very comfortable and we loved the beds, and the high pressure shower. The location was so close to the Peace Memorial Museum, Atomic Bomb Dome and right by a tram stop. There's Starbucks and 7 eleven across the road. I got a fantastic massage next door at Misao body care (she has healing hands and so very kind). Book this hotel, classy hotel in the perfect location

Views are good, well located for key things to do in Hiroshima. Ground floor restaurant (not managed by the hotel) is very friendly and good quality.

In all of Japan this was the most impersonal and cold interaction with staff we have ever had. Very unhelpful, very uncommunicative. For an expensive hotel it was incredibly ungenerous too (eg. have to pay extra to get a change of towels, no amenities in room). I expect this from a low to mid range business hotel, but it makes it not appropriate as a place to stay as a tourist in my view. Bad attitude is a culture problem, and KNOT seems to have a bad one, I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone.

the location was perfect, great distance to many attractions in hiroshima. It was always clean and I loved the little tokens they give you to spend at the bar. It was a very nice place to stay at!

For some reason the elevators were very slow. But that was the only issue
