Our stay at The Lively was exceptional. From the room which was definitely larger than the standard in Japan, to the incredibly helpful staff, modern and tasteful decor, made to order breakfast and surrounding area which was really well connected to the centre but with lots of local bars and restaurants to explore.

One of the best designs for optimising space within the room I've ever seen. The way the bathroom was designed was fantastic. All the facilities were great - a very nice room. Convenient location for Roppongi and Azabujuban.

Sieze of the bed. It was a small double bed. We liked breakfast ( indoors and outdoors). Just be aware that there are four plates to choose from. There is not a buffet.

Staff was super friendly, the lounge with pool table and free drinks during happy hour- coffee and tea all day. The windows in my room. Amenities, bar and restaurant area.

They provided me with so much, it would seen just nitpicking at this point.

It’s modern interior design. Bar and pool table. Then you get to the rooftop bar that was exceptional. The bartender knew my drink without asking. Now that’s what I call the glass of god!

Room wasn’t big but that’s about only thing rest was great

Great location next to underground, very friendly and efficient staff. Room was cosy but great facilities and powerful shower. Roof bar was brilliant and we used often. Pool table and free happy hour very good.

The location is very nice and quiet, well connected and you have many places around including its own bars and restaurant where you can enjoy incredible breakfast and especially the coffee was amazing! The hotel was very nice, comfortable the staff was nice and the hotel looked very modern.

Located in a lovely residential area with plenty of shops & restaurants & 5-10 mins from the Nambok line. Staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful - i especially liked the breakfast ladies. Room was small - but thats Tokyo - however it was well designed to maximise the space and nicely decorated/furnished. Cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was fab! Free beer at happy hour was a great bonus as was the coffee/tea & snacks. The hotel made are stay in fabulous Tokyo all that more special.

The room was small!

The location of the hotel was great. Cute neighbourhood, quieter with lots of restaurant and bar options with easy access to other parts of the city. The hotel breakfast was good, but would have been great to have more options, especially for longer stays. The staff were also helpful.

Fab location in an area with lots of lovely restaurants and shops Easy access to Azabu-juban station Guest lounge was a pleasure to hang out it with added bonus of a pool table for our teenagers I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Very good design very good location very good staff...Especially at the front desk Kei helped us so much about everything...made our restaurant reservation also transfer reservation and what we need...Thanks Kei...metro station is very near and good restaurants around..there is a nice terrace bar and a good breakfast.Oversized King bed reaaly big..Thanks all staff ..The lively Tokyo will be in my mind The lovely Tokyo

The breakfast was lovely, but after 3-4 days, it becomes a bit repetitive as there are only 4 set options.

I love this hotel and keep returning to it - be it with a friend or with my two kids. The king size bed was perfect for the three of us to sleep together, and the hotel has a lovely lounge where we could spend some time during the day playing chess and billiard, or eating and relaxing. The location is also great, in a residential, upscale area of Tokyo with plenty of small restaurants around.
