Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThe best experience I had during my Japan trip. The staff was beyond incredible, the swimming pool was great, the rooms were spacy and very comfortable... Not to mention that we could choose between breakfast and lunch everyday, which were both delicious! The cherry on top was that we could go FOR FREE to the Busena Terrace, south west of Nago, with a bus departing from Naha Terrace. We had access for the whole day to their swimming pool, private beach and other services... It was the best day we had in Okinawa. If you can afford it, this hotel is amazing!!

AustraliaThe hotel was a little out of the way and it took a couple of days to get our bearings with regards to walking into the city (about 15-20 minutes which can be a lot in the heat). The bathroom has a sliding door which was fine for us but then we could hear our neighbours' kids slamming it sometimes of a morning and evening which could be very loud. The restaurants are a bit pricey and the food was a bit too fancy for our tastes, like 1 tiny piece of steak for 10,000 yen and a weird fish paste starter which we didn't order in the a la carte restaurant which took an hour to come and nobody had explained how the restaurant worked etc. There is plenty of amazing food in the area but when you need dinner a quick dinner after a long day's travel and you don't know the area this we felt a bit hard done by.
The room was lovely and the staff were brilliant! Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. The cot was perfect for our seven month old baby, and the bed was huge, which was great for her to play on when we were relaxing in the room. We rented a car from literally just outside the hotel, kanoa rental, which was ideal as in order to travel okinawa a rental car can be needed as it is spread out and public transport isn't as regular as in a major city like tokyo. The main aquarium is about 2 hours away. The hotel provided ample toiletries, towels, and the mini bar was very reasonably priced for a few extra drinks and chocolates.

SwedenThe hotel was super nice, very spacious, light, clean. They had 4-5 restaurants on size, very high quality food, some of the best I’ve had. And some very good buffet breakfast and lunch. They had a piano player for some of the evening, and the music spread through the spacious lobby and restaurant floor and bar. The evening bar was super cozy , very nice style. The hotel felt very calm and quiet. There is an Asian shopping mall about 2 min walk from the hotel. And about 15 min walk to kokusai dori street. The restaurants and cafe was also beautifully designed with overlooking greenery and garden spaces. The bath tub in the room is a big plus for me. The gym has some weights and running machines and stuff, nice design. All in all it was a very beautiful serene place, and I travel all over the world, it was one of my favourites.

South KoreaIt's a bit disappointing that the windows aren't double-glazed, so you can hear some noise.

NetherlandsIt is unfortunate that the hotel only uses blinds for window covering. We could not get a good night sleep due to the light and missing of black-out curtains. Their solution (taping paper in front of the windows) was not sufficient. It was not properly installed and we lost all view outside (we knew this and agreed to it). Hotel would get a 10 if they would simply add black-out curtains. It impacts the rating a lot since the core business of a hotel is providing a night sleep.
Hotel is located in a quiet part of Naha, but you are able to be at Kokusai Dori Street in a 15 minute walk. It is great that you can not only use the facilities of the Naha Terrace, but also the Busena Terrace (which is located near the beach). Breakfast is delicious.

AustraliaMy room was a little dated but the decor and elegance of the rest of the hotel more than made up for this!
The hotel was very elegant and I loved the silver service breakfast in the beautiful garden terrace, the Library Bar, the evening pianist, the pool area and the Spanish restaurant!
