While the bathroom area is mostly clean and fine for most people, I am particular about hygiene and I didn't enjoy the communal bathroom area all too much

Great location, right next to the underground exit. The USB A port alongside the plug socket was useful with charging multiple devices. The bed was comfortable and the personal AC was nice. I enjoyed the amenities provided- toothbrush, razors, new towels every morning, pocket tissues. The staff were super friendly too.

This conveniently situated hotel had everything we needed. Rooms are small and bathrooms are shared but everything was new and very clean. There’s a common area downstairs and also some washing machines (although they were pretty busy during our visit). There are multiple restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel.

Good space, clean facilities, decent area to share, laundry machines worked nicely and staff was more than happy to help if you wanted to use one. The room was a perfect size and I personally loved the Japanese style bed and minimalist vibes.

There is an inconvenience in having to change floor for the showers, but for the price, location, and quality of facilities, it makes sense.

Location is perfect distance from the main hubs of the city. 20 second walk from the subway line. Offered a high quality breakfast at an eatery very close to the hotel. Facilities were well maintained.

It was a bit difficult to get laundry done as there were just four machines and a lot of demand.

Very recommended, the hostel is right next to a metro station and the bathrooms are extremely clean and well organised. Women showers are situated on a women-only floor. Each shower is an individual cubicle with a separate dressing area to be able to change comfortably. Outside the cubicles, there was a big area with individual sinks to dry hair or do skincare/makeup comfortably. Towels and pijamas are included and can be changed daily. There is space between the tatami and the floor to be able to store suitcases. We stayed 5 nights and have been very happy.

The cafe where breakfast was served had different options for non-hotel guests such as salmon. I think my family would have preferred that. I never got the email qr code to check in automatically.

As it was mid summer but not a huge deal, a mini fridge or communal fridge would have been nice but not that necessary as 7 eleven just across the road.

Excellent location, very central to everything. Subway entrance right next door. Staff were the best! Very helpful and accomodating. Comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money! Great, cheap 24hr restaurant next door too. They have good cheap laundry facilities and luggage storage if staying longer on your last day too. Was way better, cleaner and much cheaper than the IMAX chain of hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. Wish this company was available in Tokyo too! Would have used this chain all over Japan if available.

All doors including bathrooms need to be opened with your key card. If you forget your key card in your room, you are stuck. That was not ideal for us.

Comfortable futons, clean toilets and showers, spacious common area, quiet rooms. We slept nicely, all common areas were clean. Option to do laundry. Everything looks taken care of and well thought out. We're very content.

Nothing much. Just remember to bring your cards for tapping the lift, the toilet, and your room.

It is small but it is comfortable and value for money. We have our own space and privacy for a very reasonable price. Shower room is not open-concept but in cubicles. Futon was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and gave us additional pillows on the second day after we requested for more pillows.
