Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSadly didn't care for the cocktails at their bar. The bar area is beautiful at night and a great spot to relax while listening to live music.
Amazing views! Great service. My guess is they have staff on each floor to get you things you need quickly based upon how quickly items came to the room. Loved the attention to detail such as confirming the taxi with written correspondence. Breakfast was lovely. A good variety of items and excellent unique pastries both traditional and savory.

United StatesIn San Francisco there are hotels that offer a limousine service for guest free of charge with a 3 miles area, The Ritz Carlton should have this because the RC is an exceptional hotel. My only issue is that everyone is required to wear a very tight swimming cap. Due to the tightness of the cap, I only swam a few laps. In San Francisco the Four Seasons doesn't require a swimming cap in their junior Olympic swimming pool.
Yoshi Hoshino made our stay enjoyable and fun. He was knowledgeable, courteous and gave excellent service. Entire staff was exceptional.

We had to catch a train, needed to wait 15 minutes to enter as it was full, after we were waiting 40 minutes for our order after telling we were in a hurry. Maybe better for the hotel to work with time shifts for the guests.
Beautiful view, really nice the rooms and the service. We really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a free upgrade because of availability.
