The corridor had a strange smell and the room was slightly dated but good value for money.

The walls are a bit thin and it's pretty easy to hear the other guests. Not much that can be done about that though.

Good value for the days we were staying and decent location. Our room was quite big and it was nice to have our own bathroom.

If you arrive by bus or train with heavy luggages it’s still a bit walking distance to the accommodation.

It’s clean, there is free luggage storage and lounge which is really helpful if you arrive before the check in time and need to go somewhere after the check out.

It was not really an issue but there were some hooks missing on the bed curtain.

I like the workspace. It's spacious. They have games, a bar, guitar, good wifi and sockets. There are utensils available as well. The staff was helpful when I needed slippers. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was near the famous spots in Sapporo (walking distance to don quijote, odori park, ferris wheel)

Clean and welcoming in a good location. The lobby has games and lots of fun things to do, so it's a nice place to chill out. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had to arrive a day later due to snow.

You need to walk a bit; not difficult to find this place, but it is quite far from the subway station. Anyway, I don't think that will bother you.

I stayed here during the winter of 2025. Considering the price, the place is very good. The staff were outstanding, very well behaved and helpful. I would love to stay here again in the future. There is a nice commonplace on the ground floor along with a bar! I would appreciate them as they provide free bath towels and some toiletries.

Upon taking the lift up to the 6th floor, a sewage smell entered my nose. Thankfully the room didn’t smell too bad. The staff were polite but not friendly, that’s kind of how everyone was. Not really a hostel atmosphere, more like a guesthouse I guess? They could use some community-building and some events for guests. They do have a happy hour and a small bar that’s open late. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, a big piece of white toast with too much ketchup, a strip of bacon and a fried egg.

I liked the location the most (close to toms of restaurants and the famous walk street), and that I had a massive bed because I rented out their family room, the only bed that was left.

The hostel should not allow check in after 11pm as it will unduly affect the rest of other clients. There were 2 check ins after 11pm in my room which caused me to lose sleep. Sigh…. If they want to take in these clients who check in after 11pm, these clients should be assigned a room for such late check ins. Not enough power sockets for charging in the capsules.

Central location, near to Susukino train station and there are a lot of shopping options and restaurants near the hostel. The bar area was nicely decorated and spacious. Showering facilities were great. Fuss free check in and check out. 4 capsules/cabins in a room is good arrangement. Not too crowded, enough space for everyone.

The walls are quite thin. We slept well the first night but had trouble the second night, particularly with some guests not respecting the quiet hours.

The hotel is nice and modern and the location is ideal, very close to the center of Sapporo yet in a calm street. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
