Small, very small corridors of the rooms to pass if there are people, there is no space to put some suitcase or clothes

Pff this space feels really cramped. Theres just people hiding in every single corner. Suitcases everywhere, Socks on the table(?!) No one says hello, showers are busy at all times of the day. Theres literally no space to move. Theres quite a lot of streetnoise and also the airconditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. I dont know about this place. Its not awful for the price they offer, but i was glad to leave.

I.like the convenient location very near the Shimo-kitazawa station. However, No towels.were provided. We requested on first day thru booking.com messaging but did not get any until 3rd day. One late night when we were trying to sleep, I could hear music that seem to be coming from upstairs (@Burrito?), and people stomping on the floor.

The problem was the window in the room, towards one of the main streets in Shimokitazawa... Thin sliding window, which meant you heard everything going on down there, and it seemed to be a constant stream of screaming, drunk people throughout the nights. Ear buds recommended! Looked like about half of the rooms were facing this way, and the rest towards the back street.

The room and hotel in itself was good! We had a double room, which is small but cozy, we managed with several bags! Good heating!

There is no staff and not really a check in. They send you a message with the instructions to open the entrance door, even if I have noticed that it's almost always open without digit the code. The hotel is dirty, because they don't clean well. The space in the dormitory is very narrow, almost claustrophobic and there is no space to store luggage.

The location was good to explore the Shimo-Kitazawa neighbourhood.

Stayed for 2 nights, never saw or spoke to a staff member. Luckily the other guests were helpful with door codes and information. Arrived on time for check in to find no one and others just told me to find an empty bed. The location was super convenient tho

It needs to solve luggage location - it's a fire hazard. The log in note comes very late and is only in Japanese.

The property is way smaller than expected based on the pictures. Given that it’s somewhat new it feels neglected and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. Bunk beds that we stayed in are poorly designed - no air ventilation/ airflow, the staircase leading to the top floor is difficult to walk on and the aircon didn’t work in the room we stayed during heat season.

We stayed in the double room. It was pretty much a cupboard with a bed, there was absolutely no room other than to open the door and the bed. The headboard is the only place you can place your belongings which was covered in dust and the room opened onto the communal area, which you had to walk through to get to the bathroom/shower. That being said, we were comfortable there and we had a nice big window overlooking the street below. I just think it’s good to go into it knowing what to expect.

The location is exceptional - so close to the station with quick links around the city. Friendly and cool neighbourhood, with lots of food/drink/cafes/vintage shops.

We didn't see nobody from the staff during our stay. Self check in was sent with a message and they didn't allow to leave the baggage before the check in or after the check out. In addition we were located in a double room just next to the main hostel entrance door and we listened every single entrance into the hostel.

I wish they had separate female and male areas. Also, There wasn't a lot of space to store luggage, so people had to store things in the main area. The shower area was mixed, but the guests were respectful. However, it could have been a little cleaner.

The staff is amicable and helpful. They respond quickly to messages. The location is central, close to the train lines and many shops. I appreciate how convenient it was.

Located just 2 minutes from Shimokitazawa station in heart of night life area. Bathrooms clean and with shower amenities. WiFi worked well with outlet in capsule space.

I stayed in couple others capsule hotels before and this one unfortunately the worst, very uncomfortable stairs to get to the second floor of capsules. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

I needed last minute accommodation in Tokyo, so it was a life saver with its affordable price. Good location, very famous for its thrift stores.

A bit run down and shabby, didn’t feel very clean. Common area mainly used for luggage storage. Not all the amenities promised were available.

Need more strict rules about what guests can or cannot do. People were hanging out in the lounge talking very loudly after midnight. Someone threw their jacket and empty bottle on my bed so when I checked in I wasn’t sure if someone else was occupying my space. The area I slept in had a bad odor. The lounge area was very nice and clean. Overall it’s comfortable enough to stay at for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t stay any longer than that. I think it would be more popular if there was a mens and women only section instead of a mixed dormitory. Staff should be available 24hrs.
